The hump on my back caused me so much pain that my neck was always feeling contracted, like I was constantly under stress. It felt like something was stuck in my throat, had difficulty relaxing my upper body and breathing exercises weren't helping either. I tried lying on my back 10 minutes ago as I was watching your video and I immediately felt relief, although the exercises are uncomfortable , I felt the stiffness of my neck melting. Thank you so much.
the part where you said tuck your chin back and raise the back of your skull.. I did it and I had a pop and release in that area.. felt amazing and never was able to target that spot.. now I'm standing up straighter.. thanks!
It helps. I often have that feeling that my neck is being slightly pulled forward when it actually isn't. This helps relieve the tension associated with that and, over time, has noticeably lessened the feeling altogether. Can't speak for other neck ailments. I don't think a rolled up large towel would have enough bulk/rise from the ground to position the neck ideally & relieve proper tension for my problem. Would have to double or even triple up. This thing is already prepared. Levels are perfect. Got it for $6.20. Worth it for me.

Hi Fatih, You're most welcome. I'm glad the video was able to shed light on how to correct your neck hump. ? Please keep me posted on your progress. Best wishes, Ashley.
This content answers the question I have in my mind when I see the base of my daughter’s neck. The color of the skin around this area is darker too. But it’s a relief to know that it’s more of aesthetic concern. Thank you Ashley for another informative video.
Please have your daughter checked as a dark patch (or band) of velvety skin on the back of her neck, armpit, groin, or elsewhere could mean that she has too much insulin in her blood. This is often a sign of prediabetes. The medical name for this skin condition is acanthosis nigricans.

Wish could sleep on flat or no pillows...but with reflux disease it's impossible...need to sleep on 2 big pillows so my head and chest are elevated ;(
Thank you for this video! Just what I was looking for, and very informative :) what I noticed so far is my biggest issue is when lying on my back stretching the neck its really hard for me to breathe naturally in this position...
Just to exercise; I place my bottom teeth in front of my two front teeth to breathe easier. For sleeping, I use one of those around-the--head straps to keep my teeth aligned that way.

So this can happen to anyone? I had a read that it’s mostly associated with Cushing’s disease and I have some other symptoms of that so I was kind of freaked out.
