Thank you all for watching the video and I hope you enjoyed it! Comment down below with your thoughts and what your favorite armor or weapon is from Monster Hunter! Until next time, Happy Hunting!
This has probably the most informative and quick to point video on this platform. No rambling just straight facts. You got my sub! Thank you, hope to see more
I wont make this long, but I’ve been looking for the lore of HUNTERS for years. This is one of the best videos on the lore of the hunter. You’ve gained a sub bro hats off to you🔥🔥
Glad I found your channel. I subbed in the first couple minutes. Makes me happy seeing this community grow in the west and on RUclips specifically. I remember back in the early 2010s searching RUclips and the wider internet for the scraps of lore. Specifically on fatalis, the ancient civilization, and other implied elements in the games. Now due to creators like you I get that content served to me on a silver platter 😎
Bro i think the reason why hunters can wield all that heavy shit and jump from such heights is because of the monster hunter world’s gravity. Like, it’s legit lower than earth. Probably also explains a whole lot of other stuff like the sheer size of some of these mons, they would normally crush under their own weight in earth’s gravity (lao shan long, shah dalamadur, etc.).
Like yea sure, include the special hunter blood, the special training, the higher potential in an individual to be a badass hunter and all that stuff but i really think a main factor is the natural gravity of this planet.
Thats a really good point though, the world of monster hunter has way different physics and properties compared to our own, I’ll explore that in the world lore video i plan to do!
@@GuildMasterKaitoit is really interesting. Like you’d think it was a limitation in game engine mechanics because “it came from ps2 era” but you just tweak this planet’s physics by a tiny bit and so much makes sense. Like think of the fucking Rathalos, even if it had an avian-like bone structure where it’s more hollow, a thing of that size should not be able to take flight like that on our planet. The reason? Lower gravity.
Great video, can't wait for more. Would love to know more about the world itself, how many continents are there? Size of the planet in comparison to earth
I definitely will make a video about that, It will be a longer video for sure so I want to make sure i get alot of reasearch and info for it together to make it a good quality vid, will prob give every city, hub, and village either their own video or a big one for them all and thanks for watching!
I think their muscles, Including the monsters, must have much higher ceilings for muscular efficiency. It explains fainting instead of being torn to shred or outright dying immediately. Charge blades and switch axes and artisan gear all seem incredible on tech too.
2 things I have always wondered is what type of training do hunters do to get stronger and has there ever been a human/wyverian hybrid hunter in monster hunter history?
I would say they probably have traditional military or athletic training they do first to qualify, then practice fighting small monsters in arenas and training schools or machine targets like in rise. Then hunters gradually get exposed to more evolved quests like in the games such as gathering quests, small monsters then bird wyverns or similar. I am sure the guild has rules and guidelines for this to prevent casualties or accidents for new hunters
you know, i always think that even a low rank hunter is already impressive because they are actually required to master all 14 weapons, since you can access to impressive advance move even from the get go (in most games), so if you think the hunting school is a boring feat of gathering and slaying small monster, i don't think that is the case, i think all hunter in earlier days of their career was already training really hard to master all the weapon, not mentioning they also know how to use traps, set up bombs, tracking monsters etc
oh yeah most definitely, hunters at the early levels are well in into their training and experience, but what i meant was that they probably are eager to fight larger wyverns and elder dragons such as what they hear from legends and tales or like how we are as players we want to jump for the action
Wow First heavy wings with his Monster Hunter series Then oceaninz with his ecolagy videos Now this very good gentleman talking about the hunters and guildmasters 'Grabs Sword and Shield from retired coner after 100% world and rise' Where do I sign sir
Would be logical for hunters to have stronger muscles than Earth humans. It was proven by scientist on the subject that the stronger you were (strength itself being influenced by the quantity of a certain type of cells in the blood/muscles) and the more you needed to eat. When you see how much hunters eat, and of what is made their food (Monster meat so probably veeeery nutritional), it would make sense. No need for Gravity lowering anymore if muscles do their job ✨
I thought hunters were a bunch of hunting maniacs, that kill unaggressive creatures to make shiny armors and weapons. Once i killed a Anjanath just because a guy wanted to piss on the river

Exactly it makes alot of sense!
Explains allot of the flight and use of bodily fluids pressure weapons, lower gravity.
Nice

I have heard from another video (I don't know which) that the hunters in the monster hunter universe are quite rare when they go to certain villages
Yeah definitely can be on more rural or frontier areas
