Okay, i am definetely amazed! So there're places that are inreachable and jet there are ennemies, and really interesting stuff to explore. This game never stops surprising me.
Me too. I know some things are put in front of Aloy randomly like the dead watchers and animals, also the forests come and go. Other things seem to have been moved out to the edges instead of deleted when they didn't work. There a fort with bandits around it and Nora braves on top, they can't see each other and the fort is invisible, all aloy can see are yellow climbing hooks. It's near sobeck ranch and I found it in that video. I think the fort belongs in the shadow camp where you help Sona find the killers
Whether this sequel or the next, we are going to inevitably fight a Metal Devil at some point Seeing one of these up and close in a much more proper scaling than just a few tendrils, I can't help but think *fricken how?!*

I love visiting the ruins up there.
I've been replaying HZD on the PS5 after a considerable time since my first play through and I was pleased to have forgotten a lot of it (I've drank since, lol) so it felt somewhat new. I happened to accidentally get myself out of bounds on the quest Deep Secrets of the Earth (and partly because I was having a total brain fart moment). Upon the entry to the generator room with the circle/dial puzzle, there's a stair case going up that is broken and blocked by stalagmites/stalactites/rocks. I am a complete numpty and spent twenty minutes running around trying to progress with the switch puzzle on the right hand side, not thinking to do the one on the left first so I'm desperately trying everything. I somehow managed to jump up said staircase and it didn't take long for me to realise I didn't belong there. Curios, I kept looking around. I had to some more janky platforming to get around barriers on the floor above and e eventually I managed to get myself to the bottom floor falling down a hole. Then I was just there, staring into the void. It was spooky. I captured a picture on my PS5. No idea how to get it off there to share though - if anyone was interested.
I use a usb drive to get things off the ps5. Before i learned a lot of the glitches, there's a spot on the docks at bright market where you can fall through the map and fall for miles before being placed back at a camp fire.
Yay new vid! I can manage to get to the first spot you (sucessfully) land on the PS4, but the save walls are all around the Horas. Also, small tip, if you are trying to jump up, like you did on the arm, try a combo of jump then try and roll as soon as it lets you, then at the height of the roll jump again. Sometimes it can take a few tries, but when it lands she can gain more ground like that. Especially good for hills and mountains.
I had thought that the places that I couldn't reach were for eye candy only. Well, this video shoots that theory all to hell. Thanks for doing all the exploration. I never got far because I always got the warning about being returned to the last save. I never looked into mods for the PC game that I just finished a few weeks ago. GOD MODE? Yikes, that is so cool!

@@billr5443 I had already finished the game and was trying to see what kind of trouble I could get into. I noticed the short stretch of road on the map, not really knowing what it was. I was determined to find out... dammit!
Can reach the Nora Proving Grounds with lots of jumping from the other side, can even go to points of the race to the proving grounds. Can climb the tentacle and get rather close to the mountain, which gives you better screenshots of the Horus. It’s too bad that by normal means we cannot get close to the Horus, some areas like Gravehoard allow you to get closer than usual and you can climb the mountain to see the entire back portion of it but from really far away. The Eclipse one you can only really see the backside of it and if you use the flying mount glitch I think it allows you to see a bit of it from the far end of the lake. I tried climbing a lot in those areas and never managed to get very close to it. My last time online, I found a lot of new spots up high for screenshots and even found the machine Rost walks by in the cinematic of Aloy as a baby, that one was difficult to find as I thought he was near a river but he wasn’t. In fact it was just a regular path and I actually found the area when I stopped, looked to my left and saw something in the distance, ran up to it and there it was, pure luck. I had been following the river for like an hour by that point, so yeah sheer luck honestly, that I just happen to look left at the right time. I had spent like 4 hours previously looking for it with no results. Someone replied to me and said to look for it near a camp, of course I had completed the game and had no idea where the camps were, but it was thanks to that comment that I went online and finally found it. I really hope we get more exploration in the next game, like actually letting us find and jump around on Horus’s lol and not close off every cool area, making it impossible to explore it normally. However with it also coming to last gen consoles, I’m not sure how they’d pull it off together with the underwater exploration, I feel the 7 year consoles should be left in the dust honestly, I mean look how well Cyberpunk worked out NOT! They mentioned all this stuff PS5 would allow them to do and then we hear PS4 as well and it’s like are you serious? it’ll hold it back, they will be able to create better graphics on the PS5 but stuff like exploration would be limited as the world will need to be made smaller. I don’t know to me it feels like an inexcusable mistake. I don’t have a PS5 yet, if they create a special PS5 for HZD might just get it together with the game, if they don’t sell out in seconds lol. I guess we’ll see what’s what when the game comes out.
You can actually get onto a thunderjaw in the base game. The one outside the canyon where the on,h 2 thunder jaws in one spot are, that one can be jumped on if you override it and then jump on its head off a certain rock. I’ve managed to get on top of every machine in the game that you can fight aside from the story only ones. Oh and the frozen wilds flowers.
Nice video ! 👏 It's amazing how detailed the game is, even in places of the map where youre not supposed to be, i thought there was just backgofunds but o was wrong, there're actually objects, mountains, monuments etc. Have you eher made it to the green door Eleuthia 9 behind the Mother's mountain, just left of the proving grounds ? I want to see whats there but the game keeps me bouncing back to the firecamp
@@PirateTVProductions so you have the normal All mother green door, then go straight down couple of inches across the mountain and you will see another green door called ELEUTHIA-9 (I guess it's an exit). I tried finding a way to it inside Eleuthia but there isn't any exit besides All mother. And if I try to get from below, near the proving area, I get kicked out or I can't jump the big rock just next to it.
Those mountains in the background at ruclips.net/video/efvPmnjSCe0/видео.html look like Grand Teton national park. It makes sense since Yellowstone is also north of there.
fwiw, you actually can climb up to Hades' Horus during To Curse the Darkness, you just can't get very close to it (or climb on it), you have to keep just along the cliff edge to keep from reloading. Fun fact: Hades is only actually present in the Horus during the cutscene! I've been playing about a month and in my first NG+ now -- I discovered this poking around earlier in the mission, and then when I decided to see if I could actually fight all the enemies (turns out you can, the hardest part is putting up with Sylens constantly telling you to run!) it actually came in handy, because it allowed me to climb up there and loot at least a couple of the deathbringers when I was done.
How did you do this? I've been trying to reach these areas also I hope the sequel has truly no limits to where you can go, I remember a guerilla dev back then saying "if you can see it you can go there" and that's simply not true

Also is it just me or did they changed a whole lot from the reveal? The explosive arrow, along with the focus of the story changed, I thought the ruins of devil's grief would be far bigger and more to do than there's actually was, or at least that's how they made it seem.
So many of these places would be so cool to just visit if they ever give an update "After the war" thing where they all have a drink and then Aloy goes to her next adventure and until she does Forbidden West she can just wander around in retrospect visiting all these awesome metal devils and such. Geez I need that update with the damage done to meridian and Sunfall being liberated and such. I mean these places we're clearly at some point designed to be playable. I'll bet the one at the base ran out of energy or was in that spot when the shutdown codes went out. I think we'll see after the battle in the second game. The comics show all of them getting together before aloy leaves meridian, but a lot of people haven't gotten to read them. I think they'll show it

Note to Sony and Guierilla: Why not release a "Director's Cut" version of the gme with all the cut off regions implemented in the story on PS5 with the grafic restrictions of the PS4, wouldn't that work?
With the pc mod i use ( wemod) i can place the flag on the map and press a key, Aloy will spawn miles above the flag and fall to the ground, as long as God mode is also activated, she won't die. I've forgotten to enable it a few times though

Some of these can be done on ps4. I did them in the video on pc. I've done a few on ps4 in the past, others will make the game reload to the last campfire

Breath of the Wild this is not. Still, a beloved series for me anyway, but it'll never touch BOTW in regards to the sheer complexity & polish of it's physics/world engine.

Im not sure if ive seen it. It's outside the mountain? Ive explored that area. What does it look like?

They cut the map a lot smaller to make the game run smooth. Some places you can glitch into, others you need mods.

Because the game was designed with only the current content in mind out will be difficult to integrate cut content with the rest of it.

I had it loaded when i first started on pc. I imagine there's a flat map with nothing instead of the frozen wilds

I think you could, by editing the game save to change health to some huge number, then it'd never get below 100. I've never tried it though
Same here. There's a program called save wizard that i have used. I was able to get as far as editing ammo inventory. It's not as easy as old games.

Some of these can be done on ps4. I did them in the video on pc. I've done a few on ps4 in the past, others will make the game reload to the last campfire
