  • Feel completely supported by the wall and floor in this chill yin practice. Join me for 40 minutes of yin bliss - no music and just enough verbal cues.
    Outline:
    Legs up the wall
    Wall straddle/wall butterfly
    Wall figure four
    Reclined twist
    Props (optional, but nice to have):
    1-2 blankets
    Eye pillow or face cloth
