Yin Yang Yoga | Strengthen & Stretch Shoulders, Chest, Upper Back
Welcome,
This is a 35 minute yin yang practice that places extra emphasis on strengthening and stretching the upper body. We flow slowly and close to the ground for the first 15 minutes and then hang out in passive, yin shapes for the last 20 minutes. For props, you may like to have a blanket (for sensitive knees during the yang portion) and 2 blocks (for the yin portion).
