@@TimberlakeYoga Thank you! Yes, the knee recovery is going really well. It was only key-hole surgery so not too dramatic.... but it's still taking a while to get close to full function back. I've had both knees done in the last year, so at least now I'm even. Hehe. Not that I have an OCD or anything :-)

Hello again Maddie! It's great to hear from you - I appreciate your kind comment and wonderful question. In Frog, the position of your calves is really what's most comfortable for you. I have some students that have their calves perfectly parallel with toes pointed out. Personally, I have some old knee injuries, so my knees feel best when I bring my toes closer together - almost like a really wide child's pose. As long as your knees feel ok and you are feeling sensation through your inner thighs, then you are doing it right. I hope this helps 😊 xo
