      I've been doing really well over the last few weeks, thank you. My husband (Mike) and I did three rounds of IUI treatments and are now waiting to start IVF in January/Feb 2022. There is quite a long wait here because our province has only one fertility clinic and the pandemic has also caused delays. I'm happy to take a break from all the hormones - it made me feel pretty horrible. Thank you so much for asking!

    Thank you for the slow practice. I normally don’t do any other yoga than yin because I can’t keep up. I enjoyed this.

      Hehehe you noticed the profuse sweating, eh. I didn't realize the humidity had gone up to 36 deg celcius and then when the sun came out....phew! ( I realize I sound very Canadian saying "eh" and using a temp in celcius...I also pronounce "out" like Oooht hehehe) 💕 Thanks sharing your practice with me again xo

    After completing your quick class I also completed this video. Even though it’s meant to be a morning practice it’s mid afternoon here in Australia.

    Dearest Brittany
    It's only now that I found your two latest offerings. It will be a good day then!
    I noticed in the last few months that
    I am struggling with the more yan classes.
    The mind is willing but the body is in pain!
    However it is not so for yin. I wonder why? It's like it's never challenging enough. It means that as an example I need to stay in low dragon for more than 5 mins and in Spinx about 10 mns!
    I don't understand why there is such a difference between the 2 types of yoga?
    Perhaps you can enlighten me on that.
    I hope you are well and enjoying the end of the summer.
    I am looking forward to my day spent with you on the mat.

      Dear Marie Jose,
      It's always so nice to hear from you! I'm not entirely sure why yin is more comfortable for you right now vs yang. I'm glad you are listening to your body's needs and practicing what feels best. (Sometimes if I want to practice a yin class on RUclips but I want longer holds I reduce the playback speed by half - not sure if you knew about that trick ☺️) Personally, my practice can fluctuate day to day, month to month depending on my activities, the weather, arthritis flare-ups, injuries, etc.
      I hope you are having a wonderful summer, too. I'm trying my best to enjoy our last few weeks of hot weather in our short Canadian summer ❤️ lots of love, Brittany xoxo

    Please do **more**30 min dynamic wrist free classes for detox/ balance /
    strength building /hip opening/
    heart opening for intermediates with minimum instructions

      @@TimberlakeYoga thank you for your reply.. Regular downward dogs and chaturanga causes lot of wrist pain, and there are very less dynamic wrist free classes online..
      Please do more 30 min wrist free classes..
