I going to install a 2.5 leveling kit on it for now but would like to know if I decide to also install the 5" Lift Kit as well if you would be willing to help and pay you for your help of course. It does but it doesn't at the same time, this truck having the long arm kit and the way it holds the front axle your not going to change the pinion angle on the axle end just a small amount on the transfer case end which is a double carden joint and it will take it just fine, the ball joints now if you want to really get down to the nitty gritty you are changing your caster angle a little bit but that could easily be corrected with an alignment and really its all personal preference, a lot of people hate the idea of stacking lifts like this but i honestly feel that if you do it right your really not causing much trouble for yourself in the future.
Good video! Oregon native here. I'm having a problem with my 2009 Ram 2500 power wagon. You touched on it briefly so I thought maybe you would have an idea of what may be going on. I installed a 3" leveling kit and installed Rancho 9000's shock absorbers that are a couple inches longer than stock. The passanger side front only bounces like a basketball when just hitting small bumps and often makes a loud banging noise. I sent the shock absorber back and replaced with the same one which resolved the issue for a few weeks but now it's back again. The wheels are stock. Any ideas on what may be going on? Thanks
What part are you from? That doesn't sound good and the 9000s should be pretty good shocks too. Do you notice any leaking around the shaft seal of the shock? Other then manufacturer defect in the shock the only thing that really comes to mind is bottoming out or over extending but I have a real hard time seeing that happening.... correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the power wagons naturally taller then the standard 2500 trucks?
@@Cargill450 it sounds like something is bottoming out when it makes the loud bang noise. Would that mean the shock is extended all the way or over extended. Or would that mean its completely compressed? (shock absorber)

Not actually putting eyes on it but it almost sounds like the shock is too long
