I noticed that too when I was fighting the Oceanid. I had Lisa and Razor on my team and noticed that both their skills made the sky turn purple and thought, “oh, that’s pretty cool.” Until I learned about Razor’s lore and thought, “now that’s _really_ cool!”
Razor and Diluc are more similar. They had an upswing for 2nd strike while Noelle spins the opposite to do an X cross. All 3 are still similar as the attacks straightforward . Truly _Unga Bunga_

As someone who used to main Chongyun and has Razor as a main, I have to agree. And as an artist, I have to say that's some great small details for such a big game. It says so much about their personality and their upbringing!!
Chongyun seems to be faster in his swings, and he ends faster. This can make him sometimes deal more damage than Razor, since Razor's attacks have a lot of space between them.

So I know how comparing dps with Chongyun and Razor can be quite unfair for Chongyun. (Not saying you can't main the latter, he's still pretty dope so do whatever you want) In this situation, fast attacks ≠ higher damage output. While Chongyun can do a lot of damage at a small timeframe, Razor's kit is built so that he can do more damage, periodt The fact that Razor's ult buffs him adds to the fact that he's literally doing more damage by the second. Making Razor's animation lag not even matter in the first place

The fun thing I noticed is that those of monstadt, their swings are more straightforward and linear Whereas those from Liyue do swings that are more cursive, with spins and fluid-like, like the way of claymore is on the (artistic kind?) side Food for thought
Liyue character incorporate martial arts on their attack. While Mondstadt doesn't since there a mass misconception that there isn't any martial arts skills in most EU country back then.

Yes, he probably wasn't trained bc his movements looks wild and imprecise but that doesn't change the fact that he is probably underweight and the claymore may be even heavier that his own body To propely fight with that big sword you have to weight some, have strenght to propely control it and just don't yeet it He always says he is hungry+ he lives with wolfes so its possible he is underweight, just by knowing basic psyhics you can know why other characters stand still while he just goes *yeet*
He may not be the strongest claymore character but chongyun has the most fluid and quick animations compared to the other characters, wide sweeps and doesnt move so far and it becomes even smoother when you use his skill after his last hit

4 basic attacks is better imo, you get the overall damage done faster, plus he has 3 e's, so you could get that 3 pyro swings in the middle of each normal swing, dealing more overall dmg. kinda nice
@@swastethings9122 Basically with beidou its faster to destroy the ore by using charged attack or plunge attack. And beidou is basically the only character where 5 attack combo damage is better than cancelling the attack combo animation.
Information I learn after I watched this video: -All claymore users end their last normal attack with an overhand swing, except for Beidou who kicks her claymore and Xinyan does a side swing. -Diluc's unequip animation put his claymore down in front of him. -Razor uses two hands to hold the weapon, never let one go off throughout the normal attack. -Chongyun does a pose after using his burst (I never notice this before even though I main Chongyun). -Xinyan uses her instrument for the skill and the burst, most likely to be a disguise of her weapon. -Noelle, Diluc, Xinyan and Chongyun are the ones who jump in their skill and burst. -Diluc is the only one who uses one hand for the last normal attack.
Chongyun's pose in his burst is the same as his splash, His splash art is basically just him performing his ult but the blades frame him instead of being before him. Like how Bennett's splash is standing on his ult, and it looks like he's c6 because he's weapons infused (though it could be an E strike), Xingqiu is in the middle of summoning the swords in his ult, Razor is striking his skill. I believe almost all characters are performing at least either their skill or burst if not both to some degree in their art (Albedo is standing on his Skill and has the burst gathering behind him) it's a really cool detail.

He did a swinging motion to gain momentum and jump when the claymore is up in the air. The inaccurate thing is the amount of air time he gain from it, he was basically floating for a solid 4 seconds during the end of the animation

I like the fact that in teenage characters long attack, they have to spin the thing cause it's heavy, while the adults can swing it rapidly in one direction.
@@RandomPersonOf2005 I'd say it's a case of playing to her strengths in noelle's case. She is literally stated, in lore, to have effortlessly thrown a caravan across a river. She certainly has the strength to wield a claymore with the same finesse that diluc and beidou do, if she put in the effort to learn how, she just chooses not to. She chooses to lean more on her physical strength, while using geo magic to cover herself during openings and to protect her sword from wear(again, she's so strong that most of the weapons she used just...broke)

If you do a little look-see they've also posted similar videos for character using other weapon types that also feature every character using that weapon. So it's reasonable to assume that lots of wishing has been done on this account and it is not f2p. Secondly, even if he was f2p he has diluc using the whiteblind which is noelle's undisputed best weapon. It's also complete trash on any other character. And it's craftable, which is f2p friendly despite that not being the issue seeing as how he already has it. He also has the crafted claymore from dragonspine on Noelle. That sword is craftable and is pretty solid on most claymore users, but it is exceptionally good on razor. Lastly, the claymore that is most notably absent is the prototype archaic. It is also craftable and is largely considered the best f2p claymore in the game.
when razor does his last slash, it feels like he’s putting all of his weight on throwing the sword onto the ground his movements make my own body feel heavy. as some other commenters might have said, he stumbles around a lot with his weapon unlike chongyun and diluc, really showing that he isn’t as experienced as them
*Fun Fact:* Xinyan and Beidou has the same attack pattern. But Beidou is so badass that she kicks her sword for a 5th hit, making her the only claymore user that has 5-hit combo.

I just realized that by rolling my first five star a few hours ago, Diluc, I have basically collected all of the claymore users in the game. Yes, including Sayu. Woops forgot there's also Eula so I guess almost all of the claymore users lol.
The way the fighting styles were made literally gives the realistic feeling that the claymore is heavy and hard to control though it is still a very good weapon -w-
I've always loved Noelle's style and stance. It gives of a very stalwart aura and vibe. The strikes are full on intent and dedication, but not over the top like other greatsword users.
I'm cracking up. Whenever I use Chongyun's normal attacks, some of his closing animations looks like he's having a hard time picking up the Claymore I cannot-
What I like about both Diluc and Kaeya's attacks is the way they look like they are dancing. Especially look at Diluc's feet on his normal attacks and literally everything about his E's. So pretty to watch. Kaeya's feet also look like he's dancing, you can see the elegance in their moves.

Information I learn after I watched this video:
-All claymore users end their last normal attack with an overhand swing, except for Beidou who kicks her claymore and Xinyan does a side swing.
-Diluc's unequip animation put his claymore down in front of him.
-Razor uses two hands to hold the weapon, never let one go off throughout the normal attack.
-Chongyun does a pose after using his burst (I never notice this before even though I main Chongyun).
-Xinyan uses her instrument for the skill and the burst, most likely to be a disguise of her weapon.
-Noelle, Diluc, Xinyan and Chongyun are the ones who jump in their skill and burst.
-Diluc is the only one who uses one hand for the last normal attack.
everyone does a little pose after their burst as long as you don’t move them :D
Plus Xinyan and Beidous attacks are similar, it also implies that Beidou taught her how to use a claymore.

Chongyun's pose in his burst is the same as his splash, His splash art is basically just him performing his ult but the blades frame him instead of being before him. Like how Bennett's splash is standing on his ult, and it looks like he's c6 because he's weapons infused (though it could be an E strike), Xingqiu is in the middle of summoning the swords in his ult, Razor is striking his skill. I believe almost all characters are performing at least either their skill or burst if not both to some degree in their art (Albedo is standing on his Skill and has the burst gathering behind him) it's a really cool detail.

I think it's the size of the characters. Diluc and beido are bigger and therefore heavier. While the others are smaller and lighter.
@@RandomPersonOf2005 I'd say it's a case of playing to her strengths in noelle's case. She is literally stated, in lore, to have effortlessly thrown a caravan across a river. She certainly has the strength to wield a claymore with the same finesse that diluc and beidou do, if she put in the effort to learn how, she just chooses not to. She chooses to lean more on her physical strength, while using geo magic to cover herself during openings and to protect her sword from wear(again, she's so strong that most of the weapons she used just...broke)

@@haileymae42 firstly, every claymore user in the game is featured in the video, including diluc who is a 5 star. If you do a little look-see they've also posted similar videos for character using other weapon types that also feature every character using that weapon. So it's reasonable to assume that lots of wishing has been done on this account and it is not f2p.
Secondly, even if he was f2p he has diluc using the whiteblind which is noelle's undisputed best weapon. It's also complete trash on any other character. And it's craftable, which is f2p friendly despite that not being the issue seeing as how he already has it.
He also has the crafted claymore from dragonspine on Noelle. That sword is craftable and is pretty solid on most claymore users, but it is exceptionally good on razor. Lastly, the claymore that is most notably absent is the prototype archaic. It is also craftable and is largely considered the best f2p claymore in the game.

What I like about both Diluc and Kaeya's attacks is the way they look like they are dancing. Especially look at Diluc's feet on his normal attacks and literally everything about his E's. So pretty to watch. Kaeya's feet also look like he's dancing, you can see the elegance in their moves.

I like the level of detail they've added in terms of their fighting styles. Razor's is so obviously rough around the edges, just pure brute force, and he himself gets thrown off by the weight of the claymore. A very good way to show that he has no formal training in using it. Beidou's is just *mwah* Oh to be a claymore and be kicked by Beidou
