Fix Xbox Services Missing in Services App On Windows 11 or 10

Fix Xbox Live Auth Manager, Game Save, Networking, Accessory Service Missing In Windows Services, Can't login to Xbox App as Xbox services are missing in Windows services
Step 1) Repair Xbox App
Step 2) Reset Xbox App
Step 3) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App
Step 4) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Uninstall gaming service
Get-AppxPackage gamingservices -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Step 5) Install Xbox Identity provider
www.microsoft....
Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox Game Bar
Get-AppxPackage Xbox | Remove-AppxPackage
Step 7) Run this powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 8) Update Windows 11/10 using media creation tool

2 days ago forza horizon 5 wasn't working, i tried many things without success even starting from a fresh install of windows 10. For me step 7 allowed me to be able to download forza now waiting to be able to play. Last resort would have been upgrading to w11, which i don't want, so its a relief. Thank you good sir for compiling all the trick here.

Hey man, it seems that I am missing all the Xbox services, I remember deleting them, and now I don't know how to get them back. I also don't have the option to download "dependencies" from Xbox settings. Thanks!

I've tried all this to fix an error but when trying to start xbox it crashes with eventlog code: 0xc0000409. Any ideas?

Run gaming services repair tool, got to Xbox App, click on your profile/Support/Gaming Services repair tool, also did you try the last step, update Windows using media creation tool.

Thank you. I followed all of your steps. Unfortunately MSFS 2020 will not install. I have owned it for 2 years then did a windows 11 update. MSFS 2020 would no longer load so I did a full uninstall. Now it will not reinstall from the MS Store.

@@martindaniheldev7153 you have to reinstall, sometimes the registry can be corrupted and doesnt allow you to connect to xbox services i.e teredo or xbox live.
when you reinstall, it reinstalls the drivers and registry aswell, allowing for you to go and use xbox apps and connect to xbox services again.

@@prcxiale1124 Absolutely not.. Only forza 5 doesn't working. Same issue on PC and also on Xbox :) Every other game works. I tried to reinstall windows and also reinstall a game.

@@martindaniheldev7153 maybe try a pc reformat. It can do the exact same things and then once your done with that, there are specific ports that can get blocked or closed, you might need to port forward to get the, to open

Thank you! For me only the last step worked with installing updates through Media Creation Tool to restore missing services.
Though xbox services appeared in the list of system services, It didn't help me with my original trouble. I could not sign in to xbox app, because the sign in button didn't react at all.
So, in addition to your helpful solution I managed to find the final piece to the puzzle to solve this mystery. In order to log in Xbox app all you need to do is to log in Xbox Companion app which you can find in microsoft store. After logging in to Xbox Companion app, you can start original Xbox app and you will be automatically logged in.
