One other nice function in the O&O software is... if you start it and Windows (f.ex. after an update) has changed a setting it will highlight it (or them) for you and give you the possibility to change them to your settings with one click. I love that piece of software and have used it for years.

I will say this. Log collection is very useful if you know where and what to look at and how to utilize the info and the search/filters. If you use your system as a server or NAS of sorts and have ever realized your system is offline. The logs can be very helpful in figuring out why that happened. If a power failure, update, or system crash occurred. The logs will usually state such things along with pertinent info as to what caused the issue. It may not solve your problems, but it can definitely help make it easier and quicker to do so. Especially if you want to avoid any foolish errands!
You know what would be interesting? Doing this same telemetry leakage analysis on a properly installed copy of Windows Ameliorated Edition. Install properly, fully offline, complete the amelioration process, then use O&O ShutUp10 and Spybot Anti-beacon, then wireshark the traffic upon first being brought online. There's so much of Windows guts ripped out on Windows AME such as Defender, Cortana, Edge, Update, that it would be fascinating to see how effective this process is at removing / limiting Microsoft's spyware activities.
I also liked this video bcs he managed to highlight the like section with rainbow effect at the same time when he said "please like and share"...How cool is that!
Winaero Tweaker looks superior to "Ultimate" Windows Tweaker for several reasons. The UI is a lot easier to navigate while it offers largely the same options BUT Winaero offers an entire tab tracking the changes made, where they can easily be undone.

Do you need both to maximize de-bloating or can you do just fine using only O&O? (Ultimate Windows Tweaker in this video seemed more about restoring windows UI functionality, but I won't be touching W11 for as long as the Earth is round)
Not all the settings overlap, that's why I mentioned both, but for the ones that do, you don't need to apply the tweaks in another if you've already done it in one.

Also, I noticed you included links to the tools you described in the video, which is great. It was not always the case for previous videos, and as downloading things from the internet may be unsafe it is good to have the proper links.

No one should be running Pro/Home even with this privacy tweak. All people should run Windows 10 LTSB/LTSC or server editions (but this comes with some issues), you should make a video about it! You can try it legally for free if I'm not mistaken
You mean all people should be running free and open-source software. Then all the software would be written for it too, and the addicts could still play their video games without being taken advantage of. Spy ware wouldn't be the norm. It does need a dremel applied to it for use, but after Win10 HORRIBLE UI, the ease of Bluetooth and Sound Device switching in 11 just makes it better for Steam. Of course, hopefully Valve will help make Linux gaming more realistic. As they are slowly doing now.
I stopped Windows spying on me more than three years ago. Permanently. Switched to another OS. Guess which. The problem with doing all these tweaks and hacks is that you get an update and everything gets restored, so you can start over and over again. Microsoft simply does not respect user space and user privacy for the user's money they charge for their OS.
I love that this tool is available, but it's not gonna convince me to switch away from Linux Mint. Steam proton and Wine make running games and Windows programs on Linux a breeze, and it's completely free with a fully customizable UI and simple design that's very reminiscent of early windows.
And of course everything will be re-enabled on the next patch. Two choices to avoid the spyware. 1. Use an older windows (windws 7 comes to mind). or dump windows.
Not really, Group policy and registry tweaks aren’t reversed in every update. Even if a major update does re-enable them you can use the config file to fix it in like 2 seconds.
The problem is, If you run a Ryzen, Windows 7 won't do much. When I upgraded my Rig to a Ryzen, Windows 7 started to BSOD. Even a fresh install would work, but on the next reboot BSOD. If this wasn't an issue, I wouldn't use WIndows 10.

Why is telemetry considered to be evil? From a developers perspective, telemetry is a great tool to find out what is going wrong without having the user to write a decent error report (and most windows users won't be able to do that tbh). Can you prove that telemetry transmits data, that should not be transmitted?
The problem is that there's very little oversight or transparency into what's there or how it's used. I don't trust it by default, just as I don't automatically assume that a file is safe to run just because I can't prove that it doesn't have a virus.
If MS only used data to improve the system and made clear what data is gathering it wouldn't be a problem. The problem is that they collect a lot of data, doesn't specify what they collect or how they use it and even worse, they share that information with third parties, I think that's extremely disrespectful, shady and greedy, since they anyway charge for the license, I don't see the need to get data to get even more profit

It actually lets you edit videos the way professional editors do with movies
Such as inserting yourself into a actual 4k movie scene like Harry Potter and making it seem as if you're actually in it
With the right equipment you could literally be actual movie creator and director
You're looking at about $250 or more for the software however you can also use the trial version but you will need to purchase and download the full version because that's when they will give you a activation code by email , not through the trial version
Anyway afterwards it's paid for
Or there's adobe premiere in which RUclipsrs like Markiplier uses but however that software has a monthly payment for use though so basically you can only rent it

Glad the algorithm suggested this video. I need to run O&O on all my PCs now.
The way I stopped Microsoft spying was to install Windows Ghost Spectre Windows 11 Superlite. My laptop has never run so smoothly.

Never used the second tool in the video, and the one you mentioned, I'm gonna try them soon.

Even Winaero Tweaker contains some options related to the privacy (and a lot of Windows tweaking, of course).

Awesome video. But if you make all the changes under local machine do you have to go back and switch these settings for current user too?

Absolutey brilliant. I was hoping for a guide like this. Thank you!

Some of the largest companies like Avast, Fortinet etc, yes, even Microsoft, have had serious security problems. Remember WannaCry autoinstalling through the network (that was all Microsoft SMB).
Thank you, that sounds reasonable. But still I am interested, what is being transmitted.
