This is dumb but I wanted to do it because I have so many goddamn headcanons for these bald flags and I wanted to share them with the world so people can bully me

I don’t think this is really cringe tbh you actually used some logic when explaining America’s personality unlike some people who just make American a McDonald’s obsessed freak with no personality.

I see USA as the guy who would be the protective older brother or friend. Can be a bit cold at first, but eventually warms up to being a close friend. . . Can be quite loud as well, but will tone it down if needed. . .

I love hearing other people’s head canons in Countryhumans because they’re usually so much different than mine. Seeing the different ways people portray countries is just so cool to me. Well- it’s cool to me when the country is not entirely centered around stereotypes or a ship.
This is like the exact opposite of what people think of this fandom *Shipping, NSFW, SMUT cough cough*. This is the one video that doesn't show us as an obese arson with no brain, that's also in love with a SON OF OUR ARCHENEMY.

I love these headcanons! I like that they’re based on actual history, it seems like you put so much time and effort into creating headcanons for each country. My favorite one was probably the idea that America practically inherits his pride from the UK and it led to his determination in the Revolutionary War.
So the union and the confederacy are brothers, they’re tryna kick each others asses and everything’s a dumpster fire.

I like to think that when a split country becomes whole (so America after the civil war ends or Germany being aloud to be one country again),they kinda merge. In the civil war example,he kills his brother and reabsorbs him into himself,in the Germany example,they just kinda get mixed together into one entity

My America has heterochromia too! Only his scleras (eye whites) are also affected and his pupils are stars. He was born with normal blue eyes, but after the American Revolution his pupils turned white and star-shaped and his scleras turned pastel blue. He wore a bandage over his eyes for a while to hide them and blamed the bandage on facial damage he’d been dealt during the last few battles. His right eye turned red after he killed the Confederacy, who had red eyes. After his death, the two fused back together, the only difference being that America now had heterochromia, with his right eye being red with a pastel red sclera. The pupil stayed the same, though. He went through the whole bandage thing again until he got his sunglasses and he could use them to hide his eyes instead. Only his siblings and parents know why he never takes his sunglasses off, and Russia is the only other person who’s noticed that he doesn’t.
I’m pretty glad that I’m not the only one with the head canon of America getting heterochromia after the Civil War. Though, I have this head canon that it was the Confederacy that used to wear sunglasses before the Civil War (since it was much more sunnier in the South). But after the Civil War America “borrowed” his deceased brother’s sunglasses. I also have this head canon that after the Civil War, the CSA would follow America around like a ghost, and that only America could see him. I like to imagine that after he died, the CSA also got heterochromia as well, since both America and the CSA were now one being.

Headcanons is probably the most interesting part of this fandom. And since half of this fandom is in Europe I don’t think they really get a say in America’s canon if there ever was one

Also this is a weird headcanon I've only seen one other person share but I feel like he adopted Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau after the UN Trust Treaty

He got his stars because he was really tired having a Union Jack and wanted to be more creative with his flag, he had a discussion with his father and I believe it was pretty peaceful.

I personally agree with most of what you said, but I would add in an unhealthy obsession with cars. America, as a nation, prioritizes automotive infrastructure over most other kinds of infrastructure, and that's a big part of why so many American cities are financially insolvent, and are draining money from state and national funds. You don't need drive through, highways cutting strait through your cities, or suburban areas that require you to drive to get anywhere, you need walkable main streets, multifamily housing that isn't apartment blocks, and other similarly middle density areas that pay more money in taxes than they cost in road and pipe maintenance. To me, America is like a young adult who took out a massive loan for their dream house and sports car, then realized they don't have the income to pay the loans off, but just keep ignoring the problem.
I'm big on the Strong Towns movement stuff. It's basically an examination of what American towns and cities are doing wrong and how to fix it, and I could go on all day if you were interested. :P

2) Seriously though, what are your thoughts on recent politics
3) The countryhumans sort of represent the stereotypes and the main populations of the countries but what about the others. I'm not criticizing the countryhumans, I'm just saying is there more than one way to portray the countries? Like, alternate selves or dual personalities? Like America for example; he has the main side that you show, that most people show, but also a side with high intelligence and education. The population of educated citizens.
