Tbh, I've always headcanoned Russia to be treated with extreme superiority compared with the rest of the Soviet states and Soviet treated him as his "heir to the throne" and that Soviet took him everywhere for example to the conferences with other countries, battles ect. bc he wanted his son to be ready when the day comes.
