Thanks very much, Oron! I've been procrastinating with them for a few months now, so I'm glad I finally got around to putting some paint on plastic. I like the way the Beastorian's skin turned out, but my other skills do need a little honing. Thank you so much for checking them out, though!

Thank you so much 😀These are a nice diversion from usual model builds. I still suck at figure painting quite a bit, but I'm not going to give up, LOL. I hope you have fun with the Box Stock Group Build! Thank you so much for dropping by!

Thanks very much, Mark 🙂The art of painting figurines has quite a steep learning curve , but I think I'm slowly, slowly improving. Thank you so much for stopping by, it's always awesome to hear from you!

Nice job, Trevor 🖌👍 I also bought this kit earlier in the year, to help support Ukrainian business during these dark days. I haven't got round to doing anything with them as yet, which is down to the fact that they are in a totally different scale to what I usually work with (28mm historicals!); however I am looking forward to having a go with this kit in the new year. Hopefully I can end up with a final result close to yours, when I do? 🤞🤔

Hi, thank you so much. You are way too kind, though. I'm still at a very basic stage, trying to develop proper blending skills and figuring out glazes and such, so I'm sure your figures will probably put mine to shame when you do paint them😀 I'd really love to see what you do with yours! Thanks so much for dropping by!

@@OstrichLongneck Thanks for the reply. When I get round to building and painting this kit, which won't be until I finish my current projects, I will take some some pics and email them to you, with a short description of how I went about doing the paint job. I do not have an airbrush, so all my painting is with traditional hand-held brushes - old skool stylee 🖌😆
When I prime and zenithal highlight, I start with a Vallejo Surface Primer German Panzer Grey (73.603). 1st zenithal highlight is Vallejo Model Color German Grey (70.995), which I apply with the brush held at 90° to the model, using only downward strokes. 2nd zen is Vallejo Model Color Neutral Grey (70.992), again using only downward strokes, but with the brush held at about 60°. 3rd zen is Vallejo Model Color Light Sea Grey (70.973), with the brush held at about 45°. Final zen stage is Vallejo Model Color Off White (70.820), with the brush held at 0° and the strokes radiating out from the top centre point of the figure. This then creates a very nice monochrome gradiant, which acts as an under sketch. By using a wet palette and thinning my paints down, I don't lose any of that under sketch effect, which really helps to show me where the shadows and highlights are.
That may sound all a bit long winded, but it works well and would also be a good technique were you to use any of the contrast/speed paint ranges that seem popular at present?
      All the best 😉

@@MrVuvuzaala That sounds amazing - it's the effect I am looking for, but I seem to miss the mark each time. I haven't tried the contrast paints yet (I've see lots of videos lately featuring a "slap-chop" method) because that feels a bit like cheating, haha! Flesh tones are difficult to get right, so I need a lot of work. And I need to take more time on each figurine. I would love it if you sent some pics of your progress. I'm sure I'll learn a lot just by looking at them! 😄👍

Splendid work as always Trevor. Will they be going in to the diorama in the Robot Graveyard permanently?
Helen seems to have her own views on which parts of her anatomy warrant armour. Personally, I would prefer to protect my right kneecap.
