- Shinfield Studios in Reading, brand new and still under construction. Certain parts are finished and have been handed back to the client.
We arrive expecting to be told we cannot go onto site. But security let us on, thinking we are there officially , unknown to me...
We take the drone over and the site manager is NOT happy at all.
site manager sure knows a lot about nothing !

It was all going so well until Colm Meaney got his panties in a twist .The area appeared pedestrianised in part due to the cars and barriers . great interactions with the work crews you could tell they were proud of the site and to be on the build so big up the lads , , great insight DJE

Great security and vigilance by all the workers. Nobody really questioned what you were doing on site or tried to stop you entering the buildings. Hope their security is going to improve when they are operational or they find all their equipment going walkies.

I suspect it did not meet code, so it had to be redone. Being retired from the construction industry I enjoy listening to those that know what they are doing. People were nice, till the end. You always get that one person that does not know the law, thinks he does, then acts terribly.

Northern irish guy has now watched a few auditing videos, read a bit on the law and now knows what he was saying was nonsense. Teaching them 1 hiviz at a time.
