A lot of auditors/ public fall for the trick of asking a cop a question, so the cop counter asks a question, to distract from answering the question posed by the auditor /public, and the auditor/public answers that question, succeeding the deflection.

When police officers have made a pre-judgement on the actions of auditors/drone pilots, it's like the old saying; "I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with facts." Cops always confirm the old saying: Light travels faster than sound. That is why so many appear intelligent until you hear them speak. No matter the country, corrupt police are all the same. They bark unlawful orders at members of the public conducting legal and lawful activities with the belief that those orders have merit. They are only put in place when those being bullied demonstrate a greater knowledge of the laws than the police.

It’s all about knowing where the drone is and which way it’s pointing. You can do this without staring at the sky 100% of the time, if you turn your back to talk to someone the drone is not going to dart off across the sky.
It’s a moot point anyway. He’d just taken off, the drone was overhead ascending between the trees. Not the best place to take off, but if you’re doing a quick up and down flight it’s not a problem.

Walks up and passive aggressively talks shit about something he knows nothing about. goes away, finds out he knew even less than he thought he did and that he's made himself look like a weapon, comes back and passive aggressively has a final wee nibble. Great police work.

27:00 Police cannot legally detain anyone outside of arrest except in three specific circumstances. Breach of the peace, stop and search and when a property is being search. That's from a barrister (Iain Gould) so that's the law. They can ask people to wait or stay and sheeple will do so. But if someone wants to walk away the police cannot grab that person.
The police would have to make an arrest to lawfully detain someone who wanted to walk away. But that's paper work and admin even if the person is de-arrested within minutes. And constables hate paperwork. Mainly because their understanding of spelling and grammar is atrocious.

27,07 copper admitted you weren't suspected of a crime. So that was definitely not a detainment. Well done for catching that "we'll let you go on your way", he couldn't stop you legally anyway.
