You have to have a high court injunction properly served and not just anyone can do it. I think you also have your apply to the court for each defendant and not just obtain one against anyone and everyone just in case.
When you keep in mind that security companies like OCS only hire police academy rejects, it makes their complete ignorance of SIA and GDPR rules/regs make a lot more sense.

I think when you comment about the GDPR when these security are filming you, you need to be really clear that GDPR only applies to corporations and businesses, not individual independent journalists. I often see you try to explain this, but feel you could be a bit more snappy about it with these clown security guards, to make clear that you aren't bound by GDPR, but they are.
Completely incorrect, GDPR (or rather DPA now) does apply to individuals, if what they're doing is beyond purely personal or a household activity. As DJE has uploaded this to social media it is now beyond his personal use and will be covered by the DPA.

Can you show when the drone isnt in his line of sight? It's all well and good making such statements but without any proof such as time stamps etc you're no better than the security hired by hs2! I recommend you reading up on the laws regarding drones before you make yourself look "special"

In sight would mean that the aircraft is visible when he looks at it, ie it is in sight not blocked from view and the operator is able to determine the direction of the aircraft.
