Mexican culture, languages and food including breads is a great blend of indigenous with European Spanish, French , etc.cuisine. From Aztec Xocolatl (Chocolate).and corn foods & chips, the Vanilla bean, Cinnamon and the Aguacate ( Avacado) named to .ake it easier for people to say " Aguacate"to the French croissants, and Mariachis ( which means Marriage between France & Mexico) before Cinco de Mayo which celebrates Mexico's independence from France to the Original Italian Cesar salad from Chef Cesar Cardini in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

In Mexico My great uncle was the pueblos baker. And my cousins at 5 or 6 am would ride on their bikes delivering wearing giant sombreros to hold the bread.

I love cuernitos and orejas 😍 but I like more with milk than coffee or chocolate and if it's chocolate has to be water based chocolate, Oaxaca type 🤭
