- The first look at a tiny mansion in Ridgefield Washington! Tour a 615 square foot 2-bedroom tiny home with Derek of Wolf Industries.
While a 1 to 2 people can reside in a traditional tiny home with some concessions, a tiny mansion can house as many as 4 people - providing a large, comfortable living space while still maintaining a small footprint.
With inclusions like granite countertops, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems and tankless water heaters, the homeowner was left to decide on more thoughtful upgrades. This included options such as pine flooring and trim, stainless steel appliances and even a handcrafted sliding barn door.

I love this house...so comfortable, spacious, & economical to live in. Love that it is a small footprint on the earth and respectful of the environment. Wolf Industries does it right.
Thank you Joan - it was an absolute joy working with you!
great job!!!!!!!!
Perfect size home
Wolf has been a very solid contractor to work with
the 14' width makes a lot of sense, I like it. BUT, I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon. Very nice job. I think this makes a good/better size for a house because the normal size is just too thin.
Right on! I've wanted to see a tour of a finished E2.
Good to know you are located here in Washington state.
that is really nice!
How do you build this? Is it built on site? It must be. This should be a minimal size for a decent house for one or two people. It looks very livable. How much does it cost is my question, and what about construction. Where do you find land to put it, and does it meet any kind of code?
No, it is built in their "factory" in Battle Ground, WA, shipped to the site, and installed. Great company, doing great work!
How is the HVAC system?, by mini-splits in each room?
Hi David! Our units feature a Daikin mini-split in the primary living space. We've found that this is more than adequate for these size homes.
Tiny mansion ... LOL!
How much does this run with comparable finishes?
