I was thinking if you have a wire jig you could wrap the thread around the pegs and make lovely patterns on it then add it to your jewellery when it's cured
I read this as "wrap the thread around the pegs and make love patterns..." i was like, "Ummmmm..." then I re-read it and was like, "Ooooooohhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Just thought I'd share that with you as I had myself a little giggle.

It would need to be silicone covered and not the metal one. It took way too much trouble to remove once cured.
The gold one is my favorite too it reminds me of stained glass.

I have a nail polish stamping set with engraved metal plates and that works really well putting little designs into resin.
My favorite channel dealing with resin. And just got the jewelry kit yesterday.

I've been using uv nail polish. They're great since they don't dry until they are cured so you have more play time. Works great and you can cure it the same way as you would uv resin.

Steve, have you tried to use the uv gel nail polish to color your uv resins? I have found that you can get a wonderful dark color with the uv gel nail polish that cures beautifully…. You do have to cure the. In layers still but it’s amazing how much color you can get with those uv gels! You might give it a go if you haven’t tried them before… of course nothing will ever allow dark colors the way epoxy resin does…

I don't remember which one you shared the new mixer from JDiction, but I just had to get it. It is wonderful. Saves me a lot of bubbles!! So far, it is working great. And I got the $30 off.
