Thats not fully accurate! you're not incorrect however your supposed to feel RDLs primarily in your hamstrings, lower back, AND glutes! hope this helps :D
I think it really depends on the bend of the knees tbh. When I bend my knees more I feel it in my glutes more, but when I have my knees more straight , I feel it more in my hammies
