Thank you my man! Totally appreciate the info on these common fixes. I am actually in process of buying a friends 2007 bmw 328xi. It has been sitting for a while and I haven’t gotten a chance to get a new battery to test it out. This car currently has a recall, I believe for the same defects you mentioned about the leaks. The dealership here in my area is going to take care of it. I’m really trying to make a final decision about the car. It looks well maintained but definitely need more research and a test drive.

I told him to teach me how to do stuff. My Saab 9-3 with the Saab H Motor (Not Gm's Ecotec) was very reliable. In 400 hundred thousand miles I spent about $3,000. That was at the end of it's lifetime as things wore out. The Saab turbo was a fun car to drive...very spirited. Never owned or driven a Bimmer, but everyone says they drive great.

DUDES... My 2011 328i, bought 10 years old last year with 30,000 miles---interior absolute junk. Passenger doors inside door pull rubber coating has turned to gum that sticks to your hands. The fake leather seats feel like crap and the rear door panel, unsnapping from the door.
Cheap junk warped brake rotors, from the day I bought it---NO, I was NOT cooking the brakes.
30,000 miles, typical BMW head cover oil leaks, TWICE FIXED under used car warranty, NO EXCUSE.
I was sure buying it with 30,000 miles, it would be good to go for a few years---HOW WRONG I WAS.
IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE A BMW, LEASE IT, AND THEN GIVE IT BACK.
My 2001 Porsche Boxster S (104k miles) has no such interior failings. FORGET BMW, buy PORSCHE, whatever you can afford THAT HAS BEEN taken care of.

@@SpeCifiC0507 🤣 you funny bro why do you think you can get a bmw for cheap infinity don’t lose their value as fast as bmw . My friend bmw had and oil leak at 40000 miles these cars are notorious for oil leaks my infinity has 160000 on it right now no oil leak no major problems and I had it for 6 years now so if you like spending money get friendly with the mechanic cause clearly you didn’t hear what the man said in the video

@@ambiencemusic376 That's funny, infinity doesn't lose their value? I can show you over a dozen ads on Kijiji of infinity cars with either broken transmissions or selling for less than 4k. BMW's don't hold their value because of the stigma around them, but every car leaks oil at some point and that is a fact. Rather have a easy oil leak like valve covers than a whole transmission blowing like Infinity and Nissan does almost like clockwork.
