Mario, first time viewer of your videos -- In 3 minutes, I became a subscriber! Not only do you share great information in a way that mere mortals (like me) can understand, you are very entertaining! I've watched a lot of camera reviews, and yours is the first one that had me laughing and learning at the same time!
Incredible camera. 25 yr film industry vet. Use mine in studio shooting video for 6 years now from Canon 5dmk3. My SD slot just died, and I got a refurbished one today lol. I looked into newer more expensive stuff but nope, sticking with a tried and tested workhorse. Haven't even maxed out the capabilities of this one yet tbh. For anyone just getting started, as a consumer, you're going to have to find the look you want no matter which camera you get. They're all sooo adjustable. Lighting and lenses are equally important. When you know what you want, you'll know what you don't need ie the newest thing that "does it all"...
Hey thanks for the video, you immediately put you in a good mood, even if I don't speak English so well, it was nice to watch the video and I had to laugh all the time, great guy, great video, keep going, subscription is out.
Nice. I just picked this up for my second camera for a podcast studio. Cam 1 is a Sony ZV-10 with a 50mm 1.8. Auto focus is great with the Sony. Do you have suggestions for similar camera, maybe even 35mm 1.8 that will be able to handle auto focus in a controlled studio?
My main camera is the Lumix S5 II. No autofocus problem at all, is very good. That is a full frame camera and the specs are amazing, if you check the price, you would be impressed. Now if you add a little bit more, really like 200 more, that is all, you can get the Lumix S5 II X.
@@MarioTechVideos So sorry - I meant a similar LENS for that camera that is close to the EF 50mm. Considering a 42.5mm 1.8 MFT. Heard autofocus at 4k isn't great though.
I like the Lumix better but Canon will be a newer camera and the specs are a little bit better. Check the price differences and if it ia not a big difference go for the newer one
I'm interested in something like this for the weather proofing. I was looking at the G90/95. But, I could get a used G9 for cheaper. That's crazy!!! But, to be honest, the only thing that causes me pause is, it has a 16meg sensor. I know that it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe more psychological😉
@@MarioTechVideos thanks for your response. I am confused between g85 and canon r50. This will be my first camera and I’m more interested in photography (mainly travel, nature and street) than videography. I am getting the g85 from an amazon reseller at 560 (but it has third party battery and charger) and refurbished r50 from canon’s official website at 470. Can you suggest which one to pick or maybe some other model?
Hi, I want to buy this camera now for 45000rs i.e. approximately 550 dollars. I'm a beginner and I can buy only one camera. Not looking to buy another one anytime in far future. Is it worth buying for photography, or should I wait, invest more and buy canon m50 mark ii ?
I am from Europe and i bought a G85, you mentioned that the camera doesn't have a 30 minute video record limit. Mine has for some reason, can you please tell me why mine has and others don't?
This happens a lot with all brands. Some things are different in other continents. And sometimes they sell you the american versión in Europe and viceversa if you buy them on Ebay or second hand. The european versión is the g80 if I am.not wrong and that one doesn't have the 30 min limit. I am sorry for that.

This video is underrated. Your are superb, the best new camera reviewer on RUclips !!!! I’m 32 years old and this video helped me a lot thank you !
Thanks a lot for the positive comment my friend.

Very true
My first camera! I love it regardless of the reviews. It's the user's skill that matters not the equipment always.
This camera is amazing. If there are negative reviews is because they compare it with higher ranking cameras which is wrong. Very recommended.

Tx a lot bro
The best review I’ve seen. I thank you.
Thanks YOU, all the best
Great job, i enjoyed the video!
Thanks brother
Ive had mine for 4 years Im adding a second one to my kit. The G85 does it all very well. #lumixpro

@@Tim-Miller- to get 50 milimeters you need a 25mm for MFT. there is a 25mm 1.7 Lumix lens for MFT, check it out.
Which one is a better options canon r50 or the Panasonic lumix g85?? Any suggestions please.😊

Check the video where I explainable megapixels, I know you will understand better the idea. Good luck my friend
Fast and worthwhile review of the many good points of this G85 design. Thx.
You are welcome bro
I am planning to buy this but many people criticize the autofocus of this camera. What are your thoughts?
Autofocus is not the best but you will survive. Anyway, cameras of the same type and price are not going to be MUCH better.

Does it have unlimited recording like the G95?
Yes
Im beginner photographer
And till today I'm doing it with mobile
Which camera should I go for as a beginner photographer
It depends of the money you want to invest my friend.
@@MarioTechVideos mine is Indian 50k
@@allstargamer1122 This one is a good camera. You have also the Canon R50. For sure it has to be a mirrorless.
I am yet to see the megapixels explanation??
I have this video where I explain about megapixeles. ruclips.net/video/Nlgt4NGInxU/видео.htmlsi=S2DivIN4CZ2xKaRY
What else lens is compatible with this camera
What do you mean with compatible. Is a micro four thirds and lenses from lumix, leica, sigma and other third parties
@@MarioTechVideos can I use low price third party lens with it
If some than can you please suggest me basically for
Wildlife photography
@@allstargamer1122 Yes sure, for wild life you have a lumix G 100 - 300mm which is a good price and because is for this camera, it becomes 200 - 600mm
I have one of them. I love it for stills... most of the time. I don't like for video, the AF is not good at all. I am planning on selling it.
Is a very good camera. I did so many tra el videos with that camera. Greetings my friend.
