      Thank you so much for watching John, it’s beautiful there. This was filmed late October and the colour was at its peak, sadly won’t look quite the same now as all the leaves will have dropped

    Nice strong intro man... It drew me in to stay! I really love the way you walk us through the different options available to shoot the waterfall. I learnt heaps. Those shots of the waterfall with the bright leaves, just looks spectacular. Thanks Daniel.

    Great work again mate, full of useful information and such a beautiful location. Still remember the first I shot there, packed my kit away, walked back to make a donation in the collection box, exactly as I dropped a pound coin in the church bell rang out, scared the living daylights out of me lol

    Beautiful shots - you are a good teacher. I photograph a lot in North Dorset, so this is now on my list! Shame about the wind and rain today, which will finish all this I think.

      @@DanielWretham I was up on Hod Hill near Shaftesbury this week with the dog, and the colours of the beech trees going golden were superb, but very few other colours. I'm really going to miss the autumn, but have had some great adventures this year. Now bare trees and mists to look forward to!

      @@janeoconnor9029 ahh it’s fantastic up there ! Such a great place ! Yes I’m a big fan of autumn but there’s beauty and conditions in all seasons to look forward too ! I can’t wait for some god mist, sadly all looking a bit too windy this week coming 😫

    Thanks for the video, Daniel. Great job taking advantage of the color to frame the waterfall, both from the tree above and the fallen leaves on the rocks. Beautiful contrast between the reds and greens. Very nice waterfall photos. I like the closer views but in this case my favourite image is the one at 10:24 where you can see the tree and the branches with the colorful leaves also on the ground.

    Hi Daniel, a very enjoyable video! Out of interest, do you have trouble with the wind cover not clipping in properly on the rode? Mine seems to fall off pretty easy so i now plug a wired lav mic into the rode instead.

    • @DanielWretham
      @DanielWretham  3 года назад +1

      Thanks so much Charles, the rode mic is well known for the situation with the deadcat cover, the secret is to give it a slight twist as it goes in, I won’t say it’s perfect and it has come off before but since trying this method which Rode recommended I’ve not had the problem anywhere near as much :)

    Stonking location with some great autumnal colours - has a look of a japenese garden. You really present with great editing well and it's obvious by your talking head narrative your skills as a photographer are well accomplished. Great images , fave being the one at 11:27 The only critique I would offer is when speaking to camera try and slow down a little, I was out of breath listening to you.... I thought I could talk at a rate of knots, lol. Atb Alan

      Thank you very much Alan, that's really important and valuable feedback, as the videos go on the talking does get a little slower, I'm just a very excitable person ! But taken on board and I really will try and slow down ! Thanks so much for watching Alan
