This video is absolutely top notch! The drone shots, the sounds of nature (the waves calmly rolling into the bay was just... I could listen to that for hours!). It was so nice to hear both you and Harvey in the voice over. You can see how much effort has gone into this video- and how lucky I feel to have watched this! Scotland has so many hidden gems, and this video was just the most calming, beautiful thing. Just what I needed after a stressful week. Also, you looked stunning in the shot at the end Athena! So relaxed and carefree! Can’t wait to see more of your vlogs x

I have the biggest crush on Scotland, tho I’ve never been. I love seeing these sights through a not so rushed manner. Thank you! I’m not well, and most likely will not be able to travel there myself, but I’ve now been able to see many beautiful parts of it, thanks to you! Best wishes on your baby! That opening scene with beach and water line was perfect... if you ever consider selling some prints I would happy to buy one. We love Scotland 🏴 slowly making our way through the smaller less popular islands. But with all that’s happened this year and two of children going to Uni this year the drive from West Wales to Scotland never happened. As a family of 6 we all miss it so much... the video was beautiful the sense of adventure and calming relaxation was perfect. The hills are beckoning me..

Another great video. The videography is a cut above the rest, well edited and just the right input of music. Great to see Harvey involved. His voiceovers were so natural - he passed the audition. I’ve been to nearly all the Scottish islands we even climbed on Rhum back in the 60s when was first opened up, when I was a teenager. Looking forward to the next instalment. Also the van is a work of genius. Well done Harvey.

The Highlands & Islands of the west coast are stunning, whatever the weather. Haven't been on Barra yet & Skye is my favourite of the islands I have visited so far. It's even better if you're lucky enough to share with a like-minded loved one. Looking forward to the whole series - it will be a joy as your videos are always excellent xx

Missing Scotland! Lovely to see it through these gorgeous vids. I enjoy that the editing is slow and you get a nice mix of shots - with a focus on the landscape. Although I do enjoy the shots of food and prepping. There's just the right amount of narration.
Oh my goodness what a beautiful place. Athena you have such a beautiful soul. Im moving by the sea in wales in a couple of weeks as we’ve bought a house there and i cant wait. Edited very well and as the recording showed Autumn is upon us. Thirty years ago I spent time on North Uist, Benbecula and South Uist taking the ferry from Oban.
It was like going back in time.

Great video I recognised all the places from my visit to Barra in 2016 I had way too many of those cream scones in Castlebay they were gorgious, its a great island that beach on Vatersay was my fav spot though its so big and amazing.
I've not been to the uists so really looking forwards to part 2. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
