No way, this could be your biggest video yet Youthman. Can’t wait to watch it. I’m a Home Theatre lover myself, so it’ll be great.
I spent 10 hours editing it. I sure hope so. LOL It definitely has all of the right components for a massively viewed video. It was by far the most fun video I have ever shot and edited. I'm still grinning ear to ear from my visit.
A $12,000 audio system in the bathroom? I'd never come out!
The next time someone accuses me of "overkill" with my HT I'm showing them this.
That was quite the experience. He cranked it up while we were in there.
I have my trick or treat bag open if you are handing it out.
Throw in a minibar and Uber Eat, and that will truly becomes my Throne.
I find it an expensive way of concealing your farts in the bathroom.
@@hyperspeed24 lol
Wow that was impressive. They seem like a great company too, loved how he explained in everyday ish form the details and didn't go way off track, if I had 100k I'd get these guys in but I'm going to save about 60k and try to do the best I can myself.
I agree with you Ryan. Both Scott and his wife Jennifer are super sweet folks and I have developed an incredible business over the past 30 years
The rack and cabling organization is one of the best I have seen. Great job!
Agreed! The attention to detail is impressive.
32:19 I feel like he should’ve built a small balcony in the back corner… just for Waldorf and Statler!
🤣
The dream. I was thinking about the real estate costs of this in California where I live. That theater would be on 2 million in real estate too! Sigh...off to work I go :).
Possibly more
@@Youthman I meant just the room. The house would be upwards of 20mil here.
Oh gotcha.
@@MusclesAVS
Depends on where the house is in California. Anywhere Near La or San Francisco it would be probably 20 million.
I'm from the UK. Exterior of the Atlanta AV showroom building is similar to the old English country mansions in Great Britain.
Those Wisdom line arrays look superb.
Reminded me of a castle.
This is truly breathtaking work. I don’t understand why anyone who could afford things like this, would ever go anywhere else to have their visions come to life.
I suspect they don't.
there isn't that much stuff worth watching, after a while you'd need to start living an actual life
@@subspaceanomaly anyone that could afford to do something like this, can do whatever they want in life. Assuming that someone who did this in their house, doesn't have a life... Means you lack imagination. It's like saying that rich people shouldn't waste huge amounts of money on a car (or ten). My point is... Why the hell not?! It's your money. It's your life. Enjoy it!
@@Markus56165 you said you don't know why people who could afford this home cinema stuff would ever leave the house. I'm saying there's more to life than watching TV, and that's why they would leave the house.
@@subspaceanomaly that's not what I said. You misunderstood.
You got have some Arya Audio Labs AirBlade HYPE Loudspeaker Drivers to get that last 10% of sound quality ! 😍🤩😃 Audio Heaven 😇
Excellent thinking about center channel, I think most important speaker in cinema
Definitely between that and subwoofer
@@Youthman agreed
Timothy Olyphant + a splash of Billy Bob Thorton = This guy
Impressive build, for sure.
Definitely the highest end stuff here, freaking amazing! Not for your average consumer, that's for sure. I would hate to see the power bill for this particular house.
Now all of a sudden I want the guardian statues from the never ending story 3d printed as 8 foot tall doorway entrances...
Thanks Michael, lots of good Ideas for my house. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed the video
We’re in the endgame now
Absolutely
Great video!!
I appreciate the kind words Brent glad you enjoyed the video
Wow! I can only dream of something so wonderful!!😀👍❤
If that guy gets excited how do you get in the theatre? :) Seriously, awesome work. I have worked for very high net worth individuals and while I can't say I saw a lot of this level everything; automation and ease/beauty of use is key. Some of your lighting choices I have seen especially. Forgot to add, indeed some lifts and closures are INSANELY loud.
I bet watching Borat in that place would be other worldly experience
I don't think he is one of those who will be happy when nobody owns anything by 2030 they keep telling us. Absolutely beautiful work and attention to detail. Hard to find in this day and age.
Magically 👍
What surround processor are they running in the dream theatre? A Trinnov?
I asked Scott that very question this morning.
"We are using a Yamaha SSP for the Surround decoding and everything else is being handled by the Wisdom SC-3, which is required when using Wisdom speakers. This combo is about $15K less than a Trinnov with that many output channels, which is why we use it."
Scott often does A/B with clients and if they can't hear a difference, then he encourages them to save the money and put that towards something that will make more of an impact on their system (like speakers, subwoofers, image quality and acoustic treatment). He doesn't recommend fancy, expensive cables unless that's just what the client wants to use. He will gladly sell them a $10,000 cable if that is what the client wants, but he will not recommend them.
8:56 that bathroom ceiling is un-real
Amazing Loved it
Thanks Michael
12,000 dollar audio system in the bathroom? Wow. Just wow.
Pimp my bathroom
My goodness!!
Yes I’m still grinning from ear to ear
bro super home cinema
Amaizing électronics for the rest american taiste
I am curious what they use for routing, if qsys, Dante etc.
Love your videos as usual, absolutely incredible.
However, it felt like a 37min plug.
Thank you kindy. Just curious, how else could we have done the tour?
@@Youthman its hard to say, i felt like it potentially could have been split into a couple of videos.
Say one that outlines their services and skills as an installer and one on their completed projects.
I have absolutely no animosities about how it was done, but was just hard to define the line between home theatre porn and a sales pitch if that makes sense.
But overall, i love the effort you put in, in fact, i noticed a massive step up in the video production.
Really complimented the theme of the content.
I will leave you with this, keep doing you man, this was incredible and i along with everyone else appreciate the efforts yoy go to with your content 😊
I appreciate the insight Stephen. I’m always striving to make better content. Alex asked me if I wanted to go by and see Atlanta Home Theater and Scott was gracious enough to provide a personal tour.
If this would have been a sponsored video, we could have done a lot more but this was simply me behind a camera allowing my audience to visit their showroom remotely.
Thanks for watching.
I mean, I could hear it retracting lmao. Yes its probably quiet in comparison but it was audible.
It’s impressive but having worked for a company that does custom home theaters they do have very cheese choices that maybe aren’t the best choice for sound quality
It's a fine line between acoustics and aesthetics. Some of our theaters lean more towards aesthetics, some more towards acoustics. That's the difference between Vala Prima and the Black Hole theater. A little bit for everyone.
Rich man can do any kind home theater
All it takes is money.
Thats crazy!!!
Does anyone know what are those white equipment in the rack at 6:48 ??
I guess amplifiers, if so what's the brand? @Youthman thanks for sharing this with everyone..
Wisdom Audio Amplifiers and controller.
@@3278scott thanks 👍
Shout out to Danny Duncan
Danny is a big fan.
😀
The apology video was one of my favorites. Jennifer seems like a lot of fun.
I had no idea Timothy Olyphant was so into home theater!! I guess the enthusiasm is Justified!! Lol
Also suprising that George R R Martin still works for Trinnov! Really cool video. Nothing better than to watch people taking their hobby over the top. :D
@@steakhoux very impressive!!

I had no idea Billy Bob Thornton had a Home Theater business.
I was thinking the same thing. Close your eyes and it’s him talking
Yoooo, I was thinking that the entire time.
I was thinking Timothy Olyphant...
I thought the exact same thing!
I came here just for this comment 😂
Definitely Timothy Olyphant and Billy Bob Thornton vibes.
Wow, I'm only $800,000 short of being able to duplicate that;-)
Haha me too!
@@Youthman You know, we are all just six numbers away from having any home theater we want!
Haha true
@@mfkhometheater7742 always, no matter what we upgrade, we're gear hungry
@@victormuriel7266 That is very true! Sometimes it's better not to study up or learn too much about a thing because the more you know, the more you have to spend to be satisfied;-)
I could have this in Atlanta or a trailer in L.A. for the same price.. hmm.. Decisions.
Good lord, a lot of people don't even make that much in their whole lifetime. This better be good!! 🔥🔥
Very true. And for some, they make that in a day. I guess it’s all relative.
@@Youthman
Thank goodness it's my relative! Fortunately or unfortunately however you look at it my 76 year old mother is probably going to live to a hundred!🤯😳🙄🤫😇
@@Youthman Most do not!! If I made that much I would do some good with it and help others. The greed in people never ceases to amaze me. Many people are vile and disgusting creatures and I get more upset when an animal is hurt than I do when a certain type of person is hurt. No one should be this wealthy and if they are they should give half away to help others and make a difference for people who can not even afford to eat. I never look up to wealthy people I judge others by their character and I never ask what they do for a living because I do not give two shits. The people who were the most generous most trustworthy and the most wise about things that matter were almost always people with very modest means and they were always good hearted willing to give you the shirt off their backs. Call me crazy but I like them . The people I have met with money have always been greedy narcissistic Assholes who would sell their mothers for a buck and put a knife in your back even if they were your best friend. Money is a god to some but not to me I am poor but get by and that's all I need. I have a good wife who loves me so I feel like the richest guy in the world material things do not bring long-term happiness took me years to learn this lesson as I once chased the almighty dollar buying fancy cars and stereos and one day lost it all and instead of going into a depression it was liberating and I have never been so happy! I found happiness I never had before helping others in need and giving of myself. Many admire and put the rich on pedestals because they believe being rich makes you a better person well sorry in most cases it does the opposite. So for all the middle-class and poor people watching this do not be jealous you have nothing to be jealous about if you want true happiness find someone who loves you with all their heart and money loses its importance. If you have a roof over your head and food in your belly you're doing fine.
Stores like this that showcase full theaters or even rooms in a house are a rarity in today’s market. Their rack wiring is fantastic. I miss the business sometimes
Looks awesome, thanks for sharing this experience with Michael! Now back to reality, who wants to tour the soundbar aisle at BB with me.
I will meet you there Robert 😂
Hey Michael, glad you had a great time and finally got a chance to hear and experience the Trinnov ALTITUDE platform. Welcome to the world of High End Home Cinema 😄👍
I experienced several incredible hime theaters over the weekend.
That was unbelievable!!!! One day when I win the lottery I’m gonna call them!!!!!! That room was nothing like I’ve ever seen before!!!!! Amazing!!!!
It was quite an experience touring each of their showrooms
I'm only 9 minutes and 6 seconds into this video and it is your crown jewel Michael. Fantastic.
Thank you Ron. This by far was the most fun video I have shot and edited. It is certainly my favorite work.
10 theater rooms ???? My goodness....Just visited their website, its a heaven for Audiophiles !!
Absolutely! The owner Scott Ross gave us a tour of the entire place (which you will see in the video)
majority of audiophiles hate ht rooms
That’s ok. I have never had any desire to be an audiophile?
@@Youthman oh I know that :) you never classify your self as one, I like seeing and learning about the HT stuff , I'm an audiophile but I like audio in general so I enjoy learning about every aspect :)
Yes, I’m just a simple guy sharing my passion for home theater
I love that they have all this super expensive, hi end audio, and it's sitting on the same Sanus a/v racks I use and bought from amazon....so I can say I have at least one piece of high end a/v gear like the pro's use.
Hahaha some things just get the job done.
I live in Atlanta and I’m afraid to go visit this place because of the damage I might do to my bank account 😆
There is a high probability of that happening
Billy Bob Thornton started a Home theater company?
I usually poopoo big artistic fancy art deco theaters but this was excuted to perfection.
It was quite an experience
Why?
As someone who is just getting into the finer aspects of home theater set-ups, I am in absolute awe. Installing custom home theaters would be a dream job. The technological facets here are impressive, but the way that even the technology is turned into art is something special. Ultimately, everything about this is just art, and it's absolutely GORGEOUS.
I'm about 15 minutes into this video and it's not doing it for me for some reason. I was expecting some huge wow factors and didn't get any yet.
The Wow was at 32:25
You must have really high standards. I was pretty wow’d during most of the tour.
In the end it's the sound that reaches your ears, the visual that reaches your brain.
And most importantly the comfort of the seat and room.
All else is ego.
Gotta love when people love what they do and take it to EXCELLENCE. Beautiful work!
Amazing! Im definitely gonna call this guy, let me just check my bank account...............nevermind
🤣🤣🤣
Holy bleep, please excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. Great job Youthman👍
I will give you a hand with that Tob
Will I need to have the paramedics on stand-by with Oxygen?
Haha
FANTASTIC! Thanks for bringing this to us, Youthman...and I plan to make my appointment to visit very soon! It's less than 30 minutes from where I live, so this is an easy trip!
Glad you enjoyed it Jerry.
Nice 👍 I wish we could have heard that amazing theater...Thanks for sharing Youthman!!
You want to hear a $600,000 Dolby Atmos sound system on an $80 stereo lapel mic that is uploaded and compressed by RUclips that will most likely be viewed on a mobile device or laptop? Not to mention the copyright issues with it.
Looking forward very much to watching. My wife and I will be ready!
I believe you will really enjoy it
The 18 people that gave this vid a thumbs down must have had their phones upsidedown when watching it thinking it was a thumbs up.
🤣 Or maybe they are just negative people. It doesn’t rob my joy from this experience.
Maybe just people expecting to see a home theater not a home theater installation company demo room or whatever this is.
But this is exactly the type of home theaters they have built for their clients. How would that be different seeing it in a showroom and seeing it in someone else’s home?
@@Youthman I think a lot of it would be the absurd price tags. Its one thing to see a real nice basement home theater done by some guy and his family or whatever. But when you see these professional installs that are WAY out of reach of 99.99% of the population its a bit different. I personally dont mind it but i can see where people wouldnt be interested in it.
@@plaid13 my deslike was about spend 600k money in a 17kw system... Just stuppid... You could have an infinite times better system...
Who on earth has this kind of money for home theater alone ? Unfortunately not me since I'm married - ha ha ha
I didn’t have that kind of cash when I was single.
This is like disneyland for audiophiles
It was certainly quite the ride!
The numbers kinda startle you at first but when you look at it from the standpoint of it being a centralized location showcasing multiple product lines, smart home integration and Scott's installation capabilities all in an experiential environment it's well worth every penny Scott's invested in it.
On a side note Scott looks a lot like Tom Brady at certain points in this video 🤔.
Incredible stuff. Just need to win the lottery...or at least wait until my kids are out of the house and living on their own.
That's an $80k projector. My refurbished Epson 5040 was 1/80th of the price. Lol!
Yeah It was gorgeous but the reality is there’s a huge law of diminishing returns at work
Wow!! Atlanta Home Theater has come along ways since the last time I visited them years ago. Great job Michael I'm sure it's more impressive in person. Can't wait to see the other home theaters you visited. Now I feel like my home theatre is so plain with no class. lol
Yeah I’m not sure how long they had this building but Alex was telling me they used to have another building in Atlanta. Did you visit this location of the one previous?
@@Youthman Oh definitely the previous one I've never seen this one. This new one is Incredible
Cool
I've been flirting with the idea of buying a building for my commercial media company (we do photo and video production mostly for the real estate industry)...these guys would be on my shortlist for the buildout. Impressive stuff.
Lol did they actually demo anything during this entire tour? Your wire management is great y'all but how does it SOUND
Yes Alan we demoed the $16,000 bathroom setup, the engineering system and the main $800,000 system. Needless to say it was quite a fun day
Wish you would have been able to show your reaction to that last system. Is a 600k system really 20x better than a 30k system?
It was an incredible system but the law of diminishing returns is at work
The Wisdom LS4's go for around 30-40k for ONE speaker and the subwoofers are 10k a piece... I need to hear this system!!!
Thus the reason the equipment in this room was $600,000. Don’t forget the $80,000 projector too 🤣
Interesting that those Sonus Faber Cremona speakers (which I've never heard until now) look a lot like the Klipsch Palladium p-39f. And back when Klipsch was making them they were the same price.
16 years i worked rotating shifts, and it never occurred to me how i could optimally black out my bedroom, until i saw those shades drop.
oh, and the complexity of the sound system...
my broadband internet went down, and for a month, no one from my provider could figure out how to resolve the issue, and i cancelled the service.
could just imagine an audio issue with a system like this, and suffering until a solution was, maybe, discovered. maybe.
I have to say the decorations aren't at a 800.000$ quality. Like why use foam? At the price just use actual wood.
12,000$ bathroom system...my home theater doesn't cost that much, and that includes my OLED lol.
It would be cool to be shaving in the morning with an absolutely amazing music system that only you can really hear.
I have a good sounding system in my bathroom but not at that level.
it's funny how quickly rich people go completely off the rails. nice to have that much disposable income :D
The underlying message of this Company is to say hey I want to create something that's going to really be really expensive add totally unnecessary because I want you to spend a lot of money with me.
THIS IS THE PINACLE OF HOME CINEMA ENTERTAINMENT...
This is place is INSANE! I feel like I need to rethink everything! Awesome video. Best video I have seen in years.,
Thank you Mel. It’s the most fun video I have ever shot and edited
Nice decor is just as important as good electronics. And NO home theater is complete without an Apple MAC in it. Beautiful wood work.
Glad you enjoyed the video
Wow wow I am speechless
I was too behind the camera 😀
I think this is Heaven . Please Lord 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 take me to this heaven 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
Haha
Sonos Faber bookshelf speakers were the first ones that Blew me away when I first got into HiFi.
And that was after listening to Gigantic Martin Logan statics.
That was amazing thanks Michael . It reminds me of World of McIntosh Experience Center in Manhattan . The town house has every room filled with high end equipment . This one has the whole experience with the ambiance included .
Maybe one day I can make a trip up there. I’ll reach out to Josh at McIntosh to see what he thinks.
Dang, what a cool place! Hope the staff there does movie nights with significant others, family and what not!
Hate these super expensive home theaters with extravagant design and furnishings but such small screens for the size of the room.
I’m a huge home theatre guy! I’m a HUGE, HUGE, MOVIE LOVER! you are pretty much like Albert Einstein to me! Mannnn I wish I had your knowledge and skill set! This is the coooooolest dammmmmmmm video I ever came across! If I was a millionaire I’d definitely definitely be contacting you ASAP To remodel my whole entire house! I would toooooooo! Awesome Awesome Work! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Thank you.
Beyond over the top. This is stuff dreams are made of for most of us. The super rich better count there blessings!
Why would anybody waste $800,000 on a home theater and leave out the most important part and that's a huge screen. Give me great picture quality give me a great projector (with 3D) give me great sound forget the fluff and give me a huge gigantic screen.
Generally 200" screens are not considered small for a home. Most rooms will not support that size. We always size the screen to be as big as the room will allow.
Top noch! I just love this tours. This is what got me into building my home theater. Amazing set up that i can only dream! Perfect video bro! Love you!
Happy for the guy and his success, beautiful home and displaying of products, but be a little more humble instead of blatantly pointing out how much this or that costs. Bet the jtrs rival those setups and I don't notice you saying hey these cost me this much like your poking your chest out. My 2 sense, I prefer humble successful people.
This isn’t a guys home. It’s the showroom for Atlanta Hime Theater. It’s not to brag, it’s simply how much these items cost for clients to demo in their showrooms.
@@Youthman I was referring to it as a beautiful home for the showroom.
Ah yes. The home is quite unique similar to a castle
This building is only meant to resemble a home it’s just a showroom. The owner is showing all different possibilities of what a theater can be.
That is correct. This is a home theater integrator that has many different show rooms in this mansion to show potential clients different tiers of home theater systems as well as demo rooms so they can hear the actual products. And to think I grew up with circuit city, sound advice and Best Buy LOL
The screen at 3:42 looks a bit rippled. Maybe a tab tension motorized screen instead, other than that, everything looks perfect
Good work on those racks, I liked those. I know that taste differs, but we in the EU laughs at stuff like that red room at the end...all that is wrong with US HT design ^^.
Impressive install, but the guy giving all the info and doing all the talking, loves hearing himself. Too bad the other guy didnt jump. Had to quit video early, couldn't listen to blabber mouth anymore. nice setup though.
If you are interested in hearing the homeowner talk, check out this video ruclips.net/video/LBz10lPhf3E/видео.html
Nice to see Raylan Givens enjoying his retirement
“You make me pull I’ll put you down” best show ever

Please change the title to Theater Cinema and not Home..lol beautiful beautiful...what can i say..
awesome showcase, the cabling is a skill in itself very impressive and clean!
I can assure you my equipment is not that tidy lol
Unbelievable I live my music that's all I do when working or whatever . I listen to music like most watch TV. If I were a rich man .
