Charlie and Paul sound similar and Charlie had his horn broken. Maybe Charlie used magic, which went wrong because of the broken horn, and became Paul in this different dimention and Paul became him. (Or the other 2 unicorns had something to do with it.) He then continues be friends Carl, as he is quite similar to an exaggerated version of the two unicorns and Charlie tries to seek comfort in familiar situations and people. He finds a few years into the friendship that Carl is way too crazy for him, as his previous unicorn friends only hurt him (and he was knocked out for the most part of it) and Carl commits terrorist attack level shit, which endangers their lives and kills many. Although the unicorns try to kill Charlie in the end, I think he thinks that they knew the starfish would save him. Maybe Paul hides the stump of a horn under his hat? Maybe the real Paul would help Carl with his acts of violence, only loudly shouting his trademark "Carrrllll" when Carl did stuff without him? Maybe Paul became one of the unicorns and that unicorn became Charlie? Who knows?
I really like how Starfish is always offbeat, like he wasn't planned as part of the song by the Chaos Spirits but still joins in by making up lyrics to try and warn Charlie
My best friend died today. This was our favourite show to quote to eachother, with “TEH DOOOOOOR” being the funniest thing to shout too and fro for hours, never failing to make us laugh our heads off. He had the best humour, with RUclips shows like Charlie the Unicorn, ASDF movies, and Llamas with hats being our favourite things to binge watch. I would always feel better after hanging out with him. I had to watch this just to reminisce on the good times because nothing makes sense in life and I just need some comfort even though my eyes sting. God Isgod in 7th grade I had heard about Charlie the unicorn from a childhood friend of mine but she never got to show me until 8th grade. I've been watching each episode over and over a few times to the point where I started doing my own impression of the twins *thats what i call them* blue and pink unicorns.

While those two unicorns have always been portrayed as creepily cheerful and overeager sociopaths, it genuinely surprised me that he back-sassed Charlie by saying that to him.
Years upon years ago, back in Elementary School, either in 3rd or 4th grade, my sister told me about how her friend always watched some video called "Charlie the Unicorn." I was very curious about it for a while, when an old friend of mine from back then decided to show me this one (yes, I started with 3 and not 1). And what can I say, it was the funniest thing I had ever seen in my entire life. The "ring ring, hello?" always, the whale and the narwhal gag made me crack up, and I stand by the belief that "The Door" sequence is the funniest thing ever put onto RUclips. I eventually watched all the other videos and enjoyed them, but because I started with this one, Charlie the Unicorn 3 will always be my favorite. And now, long after I stopped watching the series and completely forgot about it, the series has ended, revealing a ton of shocking revelations. Man, it was wild. Thanks for all the memories!

Years upon years ago, back in Elementary School, either in 3rd or 4th grade, my sister told me about how her friend always watched some video called "Charlie the Unicorn." I was very curious about it for a while, when an old friend of mine from back then decided to show me this one (yes, I started with 3 and not 1). And what can I say, it was the funniest thing I had ever seen in my entire life. The "ring ring, hello?" always, the whale and the narwhal gag made me crack up, and I stand by the belief that "The Door" sequence is the funniest thing ever put onto RUclips. I eventually watched all the other videos and enjoyed them, but because I started with this one, Charlie the Unicorn 3 will always be my favorite.
And now, long after I stopped watching the series and completely forgot about it, the series has ended, revealing a ton of shocking revelations. Man, it was wild. Thanks for all the memories!
