Thanks, Mike. I have not found much information about the manufacturer. I think it was a small Spanish manufacturer that closed years ago. It has the letters "JTZ" inscribed.
Good video, great project, nice music! But I think some occasional comments/background information could improve it quite a bit! Anyway, looking forward to the rest of it!
It was a week of work. I didn't have any manual of the machine. However, the machine was covered with oil and that made it a little easier to disassemble the drill. :)
Herringbone gears (reall herringbones, not two separate rows of helicals) up there! Very strange, very unusual to see them. They are fairly rare in industry and are used almost only in extreme-high power applications since they are very hard to produce.
Hello friend, I hope to have the second part of the video soon! The machine is in very bad condition and it is a complicated job. I paid scrap price (€ 100) :)

Taking the time to give this thing another life is admirable. Respect for such a job.
Que hermosa herramienta, realmente hacían cosas fuertes antes. Muy prolijo el desarme. buen video compañero. Saludos
Wow! And it's a gearhead! Wish I could find one of those. Not too big, not too small. Just the right size.
Gorgeous machine! I love the paint you chose. Can't wait to see how you save that poor table!

Looks very smooth, taking this machine apart, but it was not that easy, was it?

Nice looking machine! What taper does the spindle have?

That thing had a rough life.
never in my life seen a machine raped this much uugghh..
Are you sure it's from the 50's? It looks pre 30's to me.

Part two coming soon? Dude that is not a project, that drill looks like a career! How much did they pay you to take it? ;)

Good luck Dude want to see you get that beast running!
Is it not jig-borer made by G.Matheys ?

What make is this ??
Great job.. Love the music, but to loud...
If you replace every part of a machine called Berta, is it still Berta?
The idea is not to change the parts, it is to restore them all. In this way, Berta will continue to be Berta but with a better look :)
Aless Gonzalez I know, but imagine you would replace all the parts, would it still be Berta?
learn the safety rules! - it says "don't increase the keys"
Hows the song called?
Для чего тек часто передаваться ?
Nice vid but music is repetitive and gets really tiring. Would have been better to bear if it was on a lower volume played in the background
Chiseled drive screws was a mistake. You don't have to do that to get them out.
Those aren't drive screws. They're blind copper rivets.
Hey it’s mumbo jumbo’s music
La parte que no encontraba.
this is not a milling machine, but coordinate drilling
c une fraiseuse
That things more neglected than a teenage boy in Chicago
"Make way for April Showers!!!!!" WHERE'S PART 2?!?!?!
Elle a eu une dure vie celle-là
Kill that music, mate. The sound of your tools is music enough.
Video was good, music sucked imo. Would rather just hearing the tool sounds.
Apaga esa música! Mejor sin ella!
VERY INTERESTING STRIP DOWN BUT WHY OH WHY THAT BLOODY AWFUL MUSIC WAS IT REALLY WANTED.
Why same music over and over again?? So anoying
