love the music and the restoration
Total disassembly - the only way to go!!! Nice video.
Taking the time to give this thing another life is admirable. Respect for such a job.
Gorgeous machine! I love the paint you chose. Can't wait to see how you save that poor table!
thanks!!!! good !!
Que hermosa herramienta, realmente hacían cosas fuertes antes. Muy prolijo el desarme. buen video compañero. Saludos
Wow! And it's a gearhead! Wish I could find one of those. Not too big, not too small. Just the right size.
You are a courageous and talented young man.
Very nice acquisition!! We would all like to see the remaining restoration videos.
You have quite a job ahead of you good luck
Very good job 👍👍👍
Damn you’re not afraid of a challenge, subbed!
Amazing work.
Music good
Exijo la segunda parte! :)
🎥 Beautiful work !. _ Congratulations! 👍 🇧🇷
Please add more videos of the rebuild/restoration.
Soon! I'm working in it :)
Part 2! I need to see this finished...!
This Sunday you will have the second part! :)
waiting for the part 2 !
Awesome
Super
Looks like a great project to restore. Who's the manufacturer of the drill? Looking forward to seeing your next video.
Thanks, Mike. I have not found much information about the manufacturer. I think it was a small Spanish manufacturer that closed years ago. It has the letters "JTZ" inscribed.
where was this found? Bottom of a salt lake etc..
Buen trabajo te ganaste un sub 👌
Muchas gracias!
Good video, great project, nice music! But I think some occasional comments/background information could improve it quite a bit! Anyway, looking forward to the rest of it!
Looks very smooth, taking this machine apart, but it was not that easy, was it?
It was a week of work. I didn't have any manual of the machine. However, the machine was covered with oil and that made it a little easier to disassemble the drill. :)
awesome video!
part 2!?
Thanks Brandon! In three weeks I hope to publish the second video!
Super projet !!
That thing had a rough life.
never in my life seen a machine raped this much uugghh..
Are you sure it's from the 50's? It looks pre 30's to me.
Herringbone gears (reall herringbones, not two separate rows of helicals) up there! Very strange, very unusual to see them. They are fairly rare in industry and are used almost only in extreme-high power applications since they are very hard to produce.
Nice looking machine! What taper does the spindle have?
Is it not jig-borer made by G.Matheys ?
Hey it’s mumbo jumbo’s music
Hola Aless:

learn the safety rules! - it says "don't increase the keys"
Great job.. Love the music, but to loud...
Hows the song called?
Part two coming soon? Dude that is not a project, that drill looks like a career! How much did they pay you to take it? ;)
Hello friend, I hope to have the second part of the video soon! The machine is in very bad condition and it is a complicated job. I paid scrap price (€ 100) :)
Good luck Dude want to see you get that beast running!
What make is this ??
La parte que no encontraba.
Nice vid but music is repetitive and gets really tiring. Would have been better to bear if it was on a lower volume played in the background
Chiseled drive screws was a mistake. You don't have to do that to get them out.
Those aren't drive screws. They're blind copper rivets.
If you replace every part of a machine called Berta, is it still Berta?
The idea is not to change the parts, it is to restore them all. In this way, Berta will continue to be Berta but with a better look :)
Aless Gonzalez I know, but imagine you would replace all the parts, would it still be Berta?
this is not a milling machine, but coordinate drilling
"Make way for April Showers!!!!!" WHERE'S PART 2?!?!?!
c une fraiseuse
That things more neglected than a teenage boy in Chicago
Elle a eu une dure vie celle-là
Kill that music, mate. The sound of your tools is music enough.
Video was good, music sucked imo. Would rather just hearing the tool sounds.
Apaga esa música! Mejor sin ella!
VERY INTERESTING STRIP DOWN BUT WHY OH WHY THAT BLOODY AWFUL MUSIC WAS IT REALLY WANTED.
Why same music over and over again?? So anoying
