    That was a great video. Thank you. What's the torque on these bolts? Or does it not need to be tightened at a specific torque?

      SMN NJR I’d say around at least 75-80 ftlbs would be safe but I just use my 3/8 impact which is more than enough, did use 1/2” to remove but when installed used my 3/8

    Just found this video! Great stuff! My car vibrates when in drive at a red light or stop sign, especially when the AC is on. Could the mount be the problem? I'm trying to figure it out before I go to my mechanic. I will eventually go see him very soon but I just want to know if I'm looking in the right area?

      Had the same problems it could be a new battery but also the motor mount would just recommend testing the battery first

    How many engine mounts are there on the car?

    • @Itsdazeni
      @Itsdazeni  3 года назад

      Umm well you have the front mount by the timing cover, then you have one in drive side above transmission I believe. And then on the bottom two one on each side of transmission/engine

    How much for the mechanic to fix it?

    • @Itsdazeni
      @Itsdazeni  2 года назад

      Labor anywhere from $80-200 depending on labor rates
      Not including part

    so would this motor mount cause a rattling / vibration when stopped at a light?

    • @Itsdazeni
      @Itsdazeni  2 года назад

      It’s very likely
      Ther is also lower mounts “torque mounts” that bolt to the transmission that could possibly be the problem as well given its not a misfire vibration or anything.

      @@Itsdazeni Thanks for the reply! I do notice the engine rock when shifting into drive and park. I will check those out too. Would you happen to know how the inside of the front motor mount looks like? I peek into it and it seems like if there is a full circle supposed to be around the knub on the engine, mine is cracked and wallowed open
