If I shortened the shaft and increased the swing weight by taking out the 10g weight and replacing it with a 15g weight, and wanted a more draw bias flight, would I just put the 15 in the heel or would it be better to put 7.5 in the back and 7.5 in the heel? Or even if I went to 20g, should I split it 10 and 10?
Hi Ronnie - Best people to talk that through with would be one of our fitters. If you give us a ring at 1-844-PLAY-PXG, we will happily connect you with one. ^Chelsea
I have a natural fade on my last driver I set it up to draw so it would go straighter so Ive left my 0811 Gen4 in the standard setting and moved the 5 gram weight to the heel will this offset my fade as it did on my last driver plus do i need to put a bigger weight in the other ports or in the heel as they seem to be very light Im a high handicpper and have senior shaft in this club
That is a great question! We recommend giving ou team of master fitters a ring at 1-844-PLAY-PXG and they will be happy to go through this with you. ^Chelsea
Hi Eric - That is a great question. On each weight, there are a series of dots. With each weight amount, the patterns with the dots will be different. Your fitter can point out which ones are which during your fitting. If you get a weight kit, they will be spelled out in the kit. ^Chelsea
@@kensharp1630 Hi Ken - You may find that this blog breaks it down a little bit better: www.pxg.com/the-range/videos/how-to-adjust-gen5-driver/ Hope that helps! ^Chelsea
@@pxg Why exactly does that need to be used for a port that is able to be screwed in and locked in place? And why is it only on one of the three ports then?
Hi, very amateur here and just took delivery of a PGX driver and fairway woods. I went to the driving range and my slice is back with my new driver. UGH what adjustment do I make on my PXG 0211 Driver? Thank you.
We recommend using the driver in the standard dot hosel setting if it isn’t already. That is the most upright position, creating the most draw bias. Trying a lighter weight for the 0211 Driver to reduce the overall swing weight may also help make the face easier to rotate. ^Chelsea
Hi Greg - We checked in with our engineers for your question and this is their recommenation: With the Gen4 driver, moving the heavy weight to the back setting will protect against a hook the most. We also recommend moving the hosel to the PXG setting (original) to create a flatter lie angle for more fade bias. Hope that helps! ^Chelsea
Hi Scott - Loft changes ball flight vertically while lie changes it horizontally. If you want to promote a draw bias, you do so by adjusting the lie. ^Chelsea
Hi David - Thanks for the feedback. Caleb is a very soft-spoken person so we will be sure to bump it up on our next video. And we appreciate the insight on showing the club base. ^Chelsea
These are of great help! Please continue with these videos..
Just took delivery of my driver and this video broke it down perfectly.

Just got mine and adjusted it and there is a bunch of glue or some kind of sticky substance in one of the ports. What is this?
Hi Connor - Sorry about that! It is a form of glue that we use to ensure a good fit. If you wipe it off, it will be good as new. ^Chelsea
@@pxg it is coming from inside the driver head in the rear weight port. If it’s also inside the actual head, is that still what it’s used for?
@@ConnorHorne I believe so! That is the only sticky substance we utilize on the head, according to our team. ^Chelsea

Most of the time we can see only his face not the club head to observe. No close up view in the video. What a stupid way to explain.
