I think the only thing you might've looked over was the role that each Clan in a hidden village plays. Sure "Clan Leader" isn't a shinobi rank, but they are still very influential people in their respective village. Like Konoha always walked a thin thight rope when it came to the Hyuuga and Uchiha, because they were so important within their village.
Exactly, they are almost like the samurai class under the shogun. Families sworn to konoha and by extension the hokage, while the hokage is sworn to the dimeo.

the most confusing part in the boruto manga is that when they were fighting eida and daemon, shikamaru said their budget is low......and that was the thing made me question...if they lack certain budgets then where the hell was that money going to???????

What if the Daimiyo is the reason the “age of Shinobi is over” Shikamaru is in between a rock and a hard place dealing with other world leaders and Amados crew (Kawaki/Ada)
The daimyo (in the beginning of Boruto) seemed very supportive of the shinobi and a good friend of Naruto, and a lot more mature than his predecessor, so unless he's replaced he doesn't seem to be a problem for now :)

i paused your vid at your self-plug for the "Sakura is Kaguya's Vessel" vid and had an alternative theory to the one you present in that vid:
She's not the vessel, but the 100 Healings technique is inspired by the Karma Marking.
In other words - the 100 Healings is to Karma markings what the Rasengan is to the Biju-Dama.
Hear me out here - from the parallel above, we _know_ that talented and capable shinobi can create functionally identical jutsu inspired by jutsu behind a certain "wall". So just as the Biju-Dama is "exclusive" to tailed beasts (and their Jinjuriki), Karma-Markings would be exclusive to Otsusukis.
There is no reason not to assume that Hagoromo knew about Karma. In fact it is highly likely that he and Homura were well aware of that. Which is why they decided to _seal_ Kaguya instead of destroying her.
From Boruto we know that Otsusukis can be "killed" and I'd be hard pressed to believe that the power-gap between Kaguya and her sons was bigger then Momoshiki and Boruto. So why did the brothers do the sealing thing and not the obvious alternative?
As for how Tsunade new that? I could easily imagine that there were some scattered manuscripts by Hagoromo _somewhere_ that would explain the principle behind Karma (he did leave the uchina tablets after all). Whe she developed the technique she was in a _very_ vulnerable and desperate state (her lover and her little brother recently died after all). So it is not too farfetched to assume that she went out and researched ways to "heal the undhealable" and stumbled upon the remains of the aforementioned manuscript. Everything else was her just applying the same level of genius her son used (yes, I am in the "Tsunade is Minato's mom camp") to create a similar Jutsu to Karma.

jonin: high ranking officers, lieutenants, captains, Sergeant majors
anbu captains: 1-3 star generals, cabinet secretaries
hokage: 4/5 star generals
daimyo: president/prime ministers/royal figure heads.
hokage: minster of defense
I thought the Daimyo were above the village elders in Naruto.
Also, in Japanese history, the Daimyo were beneath the Shogun, at least on paper. The Shogun was the nominal ruler of the country and the Daimyo were the local feudal lords.
Hey bro, I have a "what-if" story for you. What if Sasuke never married Sakura but Sarada was the child of Karin and Sasuke. Karin died during childbirth, blessing Sarada with the Sharingan and Uzumaki chakra. As half Uzumaki, it would make her idolization of Naruto more genuine as he is her father's rival and half Uzumaki like her. The twist then becomes that Rock Lee married Sakura and their child is Metal Lee but Metal Lee is a girl so her name is Ruby Lee, who uses Rock Lee's taijustu with Sakura's chakra enhanced strength. But since Sasuke is never in the village, Sarada becomes the adopted child of Sakura and Rock Lee. Sarada serves as the genius child who had everything handed to her due to genetics, and Ruby Lee is the product of hard work reminiscent of the rivalry between Neji and Rock Lee. Thus, Ruby and Sarada push each other to greater heights
might I suggest doing a video why certain characters in Naruto are Chunin and Jonin?
As there’s a long list of characters that should be promoted to Jonin, and plenty of no-name characters, that obtained the Jonin rank despite only showing average abilities.

I've never understood why the strongest shinobi would become Hokage. It makes so much more sense to me for someone like Shikamaru to hold that position instead of Naruto. You don't make your strongest fighter the leader of the country just to have them sit in an office and sign papers or whatever. Shikamaru is more strategic and less focused on fighting, so he's better suited to be a leader than Naruto, who excels mainly in battles.

Good Video Nick with proper breakdown on the explanation of the Naruto World government structure. My biggest thought when listening to this was with the Gokage being strong as they are why did no kage ever just overthrow their Daimyo. Like he or she is the strongest shinobi in their country and they can just collect the taxes themselves. Specifically like in villages like the Sand where the people were struggling to make ends meet and Daimyo is off in their place in luxury I feel like would cause a rebellion at some point.
The daimyo is the IRS and Congress all in one. Ofc, they’d have nearly all the power.
Personally I think they should just reach to the point of having an Emperor or empress that unites all the great nations so there’s not a chance of some random feudal lord starting another war in the future

The caveat to become shogun is that you have to be from royal blood; not just be from samurai class; the furthest you can go with no royal blood is the title of Regent which that’s what Hideyoshi Toyotomi was
In addition Toyotomi Hideyoshi was never a samurai by birth; he was Ashigaru; which it’s impressive all by itself

Not gonna lie I watch like 80-90% of the stuff u put out. Sometimes as a podcast enjoying the theory then listening to how you came to that conclusion. Like I watched Naruto Shippuden first and loved it. Then watched Naruto felt it was slow. Then boruto....the first 17 episodes, as you started speaking on Naruto's son I feel like I know the story and I'm actually invested I could watch it but I enjoy your breakdowns a bit to much to do that. And Not gonna lie it does help that you're really really attractive. So once I take my phone out of my pocket and watch the videos I'm listening to it's like oh her it's eye candy on top of brain food. What a pleasant experience. And the fact that you're excited about the subject matter, makes me excited about it. Like I'm listening to my friend who just say Goku go super Saiyan for the first time lol. I've always thought the concept of Daimyo was dumb once the hidden villages started up. Like what's stopping Konoha from appointing the Hokage as the new Daimyo? What is some scronny dude without calloused hands gonna do about it? Their protection detail? what are some random Joanin gonna do about an EMS and Rinnegan?

Namely I was wondering, do you think there's away that Jugo could learn to control his Kekkei Genkai without going berserker if so how? And if he could control it how strong would he really be?
He explained in another video that jugo gets too much nature chakra and that’s why he goes berserk, he can’t control it and I think that’s why his clan all died out
And that hashirama possibly has the same kind of ability but his chakra reserves are much much larger and that’s why he’s able to control it and be strong when using his sage mode
