Slayer have always had a way of pushing ideas and showing you the gorey side of history. This song is about a man who was a head Nazi and in charge of the human experimentation program during WW2.
I highly suggest you check out "Jihad" by Slayer. Almost haunting how much the lyrics sound like old testament Christians even though the lyrics are from the perspective of a Muslim Extremist.
