    I love a combination of movements to make a well-known exercise (the biceps curl) more interesting, by adding balance. When you do something like this, I lower the amount of weight I curl, as I want to stay in control and let my core do its job.
    Start with the biceps curl alone or the single-leg balance challenge first, and then combine them when you feel you need a bit of spice in your routine.
    This video is part of an extensive collection of yoga poses, weight-lifting tutorials, and stretching instructions for you to review before participating in an exercise program. Or maybe you were already shown one of these exercises but can't quite remember exactly what to do.
    The exercises here are modified and meant for the over 50 body. Enjoy.
