I’m crying reading these lyrics! This is me now! I lost my husband 5 1/2 years ago. I got into a relationship soon after but truth be told it wasn’t love. It was only companionship and I ended it after a few years. I met someone amazing in May and I learned a month or so ago that these feelings I have for him are like the ones I had for my husband. Maybe a little stronger because I’m older than when I met him. It scares the ever living hell out of me but I know in my heart of hearts this is the guy! It’s only been 6 months so I can’t tell him any of this. I know he feels strong feelings for me also but hasn’t said the words. It scares me to be vulnerable! That was the worst and most lamenting day of my whole life as a single Dad raising two kid's, my 17 years old son Clark and my 4 legged 🐶 families are my everything and the reason I still keep strong, and keep going! My late wife passed away three years ago from a shocking disease, I felt devastated with grief, and I was so heartbroken 💔 but God and time are indeed the best healers. I loss my oldest daughter Annabel February 24th 2020 in a crucial car accident, and she just turned 22 on her last birthday before she got knocked down by a moving vehicle 🚗 and so unlucky for me that horrible day the driver was drunk. That was the worst and most lamenting day of my whole life as a single Dad raising two kid's, my 17 years old son Clark and my 4 legged 🐶 families are my everything and the reason I still keep strong, and keep going! My late wife passed away three years ago from a shocking disease, I felt devastated with grief, and I was so heartbroken 💔 but God and time are indeed the best healers. Hope you’ve found peace, comfort and happiness again?

I will let you know how this turns out after 27yrs.
