I do real estate in NY and almost every home inspector/contractor uses them to take photos and notes while on the fly. Such a productivity focused machine

Exactly the reason I can find myself using the camera. Taking photos instead of taking notes (and with LiDAR, also record the length), rather than to shoot travel photos on.
I am unsure why Marques refuses to believe there are professionals who use those cameras. He's a guy who makes videos, so he should be aware that filmmakers use ipads on set to set up frames and do rehearsals before they bring in the heavy cameras.

Very well made point at the end. I agree that they are protecting two products by not innovating to their full potential. They most likely will get there, the iBook Pro. But not until one or the other products becomes obsolete so maybe another 5-7 years before Apple is forced to innovate to keep up with consumer demands.

Another great video! Really quick: while I agree with you re: taking photos with tablets, there is one solid use case we shouldn't forget. For people with low vision, taking photos with a phone isn't as comfortable. Having a large screen to make out what you're photographing is a great experience for that demographic.
Larger screen would definitely help elders with some vision loss but a pain to hold and take photos. Still best to use iPhone or a camera then view on iPad, I think.

Marques, as a photographer, any tool that gets people being creative and taking photos shouldn’t be discouraged because it may look different to ‘usual’ photography tools like a DSLR, Mirrorless or iPhone camera. If all my student had was an iPad, I’d be for sure encouraging them to utilise it.
There is no reason for me to look at any new tech coming out since I can't afford it. But man, I do not miss a video from you. Just love how they look and feel, the way you summarize a product so eloquently. Love it!
