Hey pilots! Tricker here and I want to welcome you to my channel on combat aviation. I'm a real world pilot in the Airbus 319/320/321 series and I enjoy DCS World, Falcon BMS, Falcon 4.0, IL-2 Sturmovik, X-plane 11, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
If you want to fly WWII aircraft over Normandy and the English Channel, then DCS World WWII is for you and they have plenty of aircraft to choose from such as the BF-109, FW-190, Spitfire, P-47 Thunderbolt, and P-51 Mustang. If you enjoy modern aerial combat then you want to focus more on DCS World products such as the F-16, A-10C Warthog, AH-64D Apache, F-15, F-14, JF-17, SU-27, Mirage, Mig-29, F-18 Hornet, Mi-8, Mi-24 Hind, Uh-1 Huey, Ka-50, F-5, Mig-21, AV-8b Harrier, and the F-4 Phantom. Some of the mods that are out there for DCS World are the F-22 Raptor, SU-57, A-4 Skyhawk, Rafale, and Gripen.
I enjoy other games such as Total War, Battlefield, War Thunder, Escape from Tarkov, as well as Squad.

This is in DCS World.

Is this in DCS World
Thanks! What game system can I play this combat system on?
I was just looking for this. The F16 I bought from ebay didn't come with a manual.
Underrated comment
@@ruben3305 No, it's fine how it is. We've read much better.
Lmao
Did you get the warranty card?
Real men don' need a manual... just try all switches randomly, what could go possibly wrong
DCS/IRL: All of that
War Thunder: *_W_*
Imagine comparing most accurate public available flight simulator to arcade game...
@@paradiss7026 I know war thunder isn't real at all man, I was making fun of how simple War Thunder was.
tbf DCS has leftWin+Home
@@paradiss7026Yeah man like… that’s the irony of his joke.
Yours is W? Isn't it i by default
Finally, a startup tutorial that does not go into a hour long rant about the operating procedures of the RWR, thank you.
The operation of the RWR is classified.
@@Frankie5Angels150 I was referring to something else.
@@Frankie5Angels150 it's a sarcastic joke
These quick guides are incredible!

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE STOLE THE f16?!!”
“How did he start it up in 60 secs?!?”
Imagine remembering to do all this while your airbase is being bombed.
Lol dude are you serious? How couldn't you remember? idk. This is very elementary level shit tbch.
its really not that complicated
It would be second nature for a trained pilot. That's what training is for.
muscle memory
If your airbase is getting bombed it's probably too late to take off lol
As a crew chief this is scary accurate
What about engine feed to norm?
Why go to pilot school when I can just learn here
Why didn’t all those Air Force and Navy pilots think of that instead of wasting four years going to college and two years of pilot training? You’re a genius!
Cheaper too.
Redundancy. Can't trust what wasn't observed.
Guys just told us steps by steps, in Pilot school they teach what everything means not just do this do that and then youre magically flying
@WarDaddy8917 yeah sure you probably won't learn anything after watching 20 times, but that's besides the point
thanks for making the video explaining it, i will finish my studies soon and i will apply for the air force (pilot)
@Ryan ahahah
@Ryan might be good to know beforehand
@Ryan What are you even on about
@@llaammeerr2506 No.
@Ryan It's always good to know things before you dive into them. It's the reason why I'm considering getting a PPL before I would go off and join the Air Force; to know for sure if trying to become a pilot would be right for me.
Ah, the RUclips algorithm leads me to gold once again.
Start in 60 seconds ?! I m
Still trying to
Find where ya keep the ladder to get in
Also where is the command to get the ground crew to place and pull the pins on the emergency power unit, the one that spews corrosive liquids if you try to shut the Viper down IRL without it pinned. If you were to land it alone, you would have to get out of the jet and pin that unit before shutting down and get out and pull the pin before taking off.
😂
Not sure about F-16, but in real life going that fast you'd likely blow a bunch of breakers & get an unpleasant visit by the groundcrew chief
Bro, just crawl into the hole in the back of the plane and you're good
@@debbiestimac5175
You don't have to pin it.
You do it so you can't activate the EPU by accident.
Actually a lot of pins need to get pulled before flight if you want to go down the "pin" road.
Along with ground crew checking the engine temp and all the different pressures and oil levels.
Wow! Now I can finally fly my f-16 that I have been dying to take for a joy ride thanks!
You saved my life, got my exam tomorrow and all I did was party like an animal this weekend , with this I will finally get my fighter pilot certification step 1 pass!
F-16 startup in Just 79 dollars 💸
This feels like the tempo that one launches a Viper on RS15 at :D
Great vid.
Wow ill never remember all that :)
Yeah starting my car seems much easier.
Write it down on paper and make checklists. Thats how i do it, its also a lot more realistic
@@thelespauldude3283exactly 👍
Awesome I am use to this it's good to see it again slow down for the neophytes
I’ll be making a long format video for the f16 next week
I've done thousands of engine runs in Block 30 F-16s and wish it was this easy. LOL
Same here, but block 25's
@@subis_n_metal8149 Block 25s and 30s are the best! Then I had to go to the soulless Block 50s and I missed everything about the character of the analog 16s. Great times!
@Danlovestrivium it was nice on engine removals to not need red rails. But, the whole analog flcs was tough. Most of our guys fresh out of run class didn't know how to do flcs bits. So it took the more experienced run bodies to chase every engine run that the new guys did. By the end of the night, we had reaccomplished 6 to 10 engine runs, sometimes more. Created alot of work for everyone that wasn't fresh out of the class haha
@@subis_n_metal8149 The analog flcs gave a much greater ability to fault isolate when troubleshooting over the digital flcs. Truthfully, digital flcs caused avionics guys to get lazy because all they'd do was swap out the Digital FLCC whenever there were flcs errors. Swap the same box twice with no positive results and they're stuck.
Yes, analog took a greater level of understanding by the specialists, but that's exactly the job of the NCOs to provide and once you got it, you could troubleshoot flcs issues much, much more quickly on analog than you could digital and it was highly rewarding in terms of job satisfaction. But you had to be in the books even at home to get there.
Not sure about DCS, but in a real F-16 you need to make sure your engine feed is in norm also before you hit start 2. And make sure your accumulators are at 3000 psi
You're supposed to do that in dcs too but the engines never fail so it's useless
@@gam08e85 Better keep that pump handle close by just in case!
I can't do a new module's startup with these videos but they are EXCELLENT for helping me jump into something I haven't been in awhile.
I’ll be making more long format videos for startups
I checked if my ejector worked, as I expected, it did...
Gonna need to update this! :)
I am in awe of these young pilots who can fly these extremely complex jets.
I've seen the experienced ones doing it like it's nothing. Mf had been flying for 15 years and looked bored while we were doing the runup
Reminds me of the movie 1941. When Ned Beatty figured out the 40mm gun from Dan Aykroyd.
He makes it sound so simple
Just to add something minor.
Master lights in AC, steady while the jet is not moving. Flash and taxi light when taxiing to runway. Master on norm, steady and landing lights before entering runway.
Seat arm sohuld be armed before entering runway.
Good stuff, but can’t fit all into a 60 second short unfortunately
THANK YOU FOR THE INFO,....LETS SEE WHERE IS THE NEAREST FIGHTER JET F-16....NOW....THANKS TO U-TUBE SHORTS ..👍👍
Thanks!
Finally, we can get to see how these military planes are started in case of emergency
Im gonna start dcs today and this ist exactly what i needed, thank you! ❤
Thanks man, Ive been wanting to stea- I mean borrow and F-16 from the airbase near me, this will definitely do the trick
I used to do that all the time in real life. Watch your FTIT, you don’t want a hot start. 😉
I was going to say this.
Cool, now I can go steal an F-16.
You'd be jacked up before you reached the tarmac. There would be an M-16/M4 flash hider sized divot in the base of your skull, with capsaicin driven into your road rashed and oozing blood, facial tissues. Or shot dead with no warning.
Remember if you are confused dont shy away from tagging your machine with numbers or keep a note pasted on any non Essential space with certain lemericks or abrevviation for certain operations. As a beginner this helps and makes it easier for you to remember control once you dont need them anymore. KEEP A NOTEPAD!
Before I never knew how to do most of this, thanks alot!
Happy to help!
I’m digging this little 60 second video. I re watching them at least 2-3x. To get a mental recording just in case lol
I so glad my car only has a start/stop button
This guy made it so easy to fly a literal fighter jet
Gonna save, who knows I might find F16 lying around somewhere.
This is great thank you very much

-Press W. Let's go.
This guy is ready to become a real f16 pilot
Consider- Maverick did all this on a whim while escaping.
Thank you!
now I can fly F16.
in DCS world.
Ah man! I haven't heard Link16 in years! Making me nostalgic. . .
Thanks for the explanation, now I can start a F-16 plane 😀
No-one mentioning how the graphics are incredible
THIS VIDEO IS GOLD!!
Great video. 👍
Ran this twice. Good to go, thanks!
Lovely tutorial 💪😎🔥
Hah. I flew the F-16N for 2 years. I don't remember it being this complicated, but I'm 70 now so my memory is shot.
I can confirm this is accurate
I can agree on the subject that this is a much harder start-up process than the p/tf - 51. or any propellor engine plane on that matter
Google personal assistant will do all this for you in about a year
W tutorial. Thanks
Welcome!!
Alternatively, press left Windows key and Home. It does the automatic startup. Takes a lot longer though....
Thank you for the videos
Legends startup MIG 21...
Can you do one of these guides for the F-15? If you have it
Press the "battery on" and "engine on" button... Done? Something like that anyway.
Sure hope you put your fingers on fuel master switch and engine feed selector on start up.
Will use this to play falcon
Ahhh I am good with my SAM. Would enjoy now taking down one of these 😂
Just before the canopy closes the engine sounded like an F-14.
F 16 still a great jet fighter. Many countries still using it.
*Me:* _Tries to go throught F-16 cold start procedure quickly_
*Falcon 4.0:* Hold my gyroscopes -for at least 10 minutes
That easy to get rid of the plague
Amazing!
Thanks. I think I’ll stick to being a flight dispatcher.
War gonna be over by the time he taxis to the runway.
I’ve been j hot starting my f16 😂 I’ll try this vid tho n do a cold start thank u
Спасибо мистер!!!Научимся по вашему видео и прилетим в гости😊
See you soon !
Don’t forget to give your crewchief a Gatorade
These are soooo cool! 👍🏻💪🏻👏🏻🍻🍻😎🙋🏼♂️
Pentagon: *”let’s classify these flight manuals so nobody try’s anything foreign or domestic”*
DCS Players: *”How to start up the f-16 in 30 seconds”*
Well you can easily google this, and these manuals are public knowledge
I think that it is very versatile and great for air superiority, but even for the time it really could have used an updated computer system to get rid of some of the toggle switches and simply things
Link 16
Wow that level of detail
In my dream, I can choose F16 Viper as my favorite defensive plane.
That’s why he’s the Goat the 🐐
Incredibly useful🤩😍👌🏻👍🏻
Haven't you made a video about F-14 start up?
Coming this week
This would be an alert star config. You typically do not have INS with stored heading. You typically have to align INS
Yeah this start is as simple as possible with no tests at all
No need to turn on the MAP and DL switches on the avionics panel. No harm in turning them on, either, though, so might as well if you're not sure which switches are for what.
Question: i thought when you Start with stored heading you have to confirm the coordinates within 60 seconds by pushing enter 3 times. Did they remove this feature?
That’s only on a full alignment
That was the longest 30 seconds of my life
Hope the air base won't notice one is missing
Omg I love it
More videos please 🙂🙂
Win + Home - Auto Start
Bro, I wanted to know how to turn no nose steering
Sweet! Will you do the F-14 Tomcat start up?
I think I would need a nap after all that.
Lot of stuff to remember😮
Of course the F-16 is capable of 110% 💪
I can now jump in and fly off. 👏✈️
My prius start and gone in 2 seconds. Good luck with that 60 seconds in war
It's called LWIN+ Home.
That was fast and Tricky :)
Yo falcon!
I wish I could afford DCS, or a PC In general.
