I go to a lot of shows and by far the 2 best shows I went to last year was Metallica (Petco Park) and Guns and Roses (The Forum). Not a huge GNR fan but appreciate their music. I couldn't believe GNR didn't have a opener for the show I went to. They rocked it for a little over 3 hours barely breaking.

gb997 no need to tear down another band to illustrate your love for another band. I actually saw Guns and Roses last year and they were really very good. I never quite understand the need for people to insult 1 in order to prop up another.. and beyond that there are dozens of bands they have not even survived or not even capable of touring right now.

I feel like Rob doesn't get enough recognition, he was very good here, vocal wise, and he is always beast with the bass no matter what song.

Rob's vocals are much better than they were a year ago all of the Doodles seem to really be helping.
Rob is one of the greatest bass players of all times he is a monster on bass I love the doodles and his vocals are improving tremendously.
There's about 6 haters for everything Metallica does but anybody paying attention knows that Rob is killing it right now
