- Fire up your next workout by getting your joints juicy and ready to work with this bodyweight Movement Prep Circuit!
Personally, I never jump into a weighted (or unweighted) workout before completing at least 2 Sets of my Movement Prep, as it helps me prime my joints and muscles for the intense session ahead.
There's nothing worse than not being ready/warm enough for your first important movements, leading to half reps, and lots of clicking in your joints, which can be quite distracting when using a heavy weight!
By all means, this circuit does not just apply to weight training. These movements are extremely beneficial for all practices, especially Martial Arts!

Hi, I'm interested in your flexibility workouts. I've been trying what I can after watching the videos. I'm not having a lot of success. I've been losing weight through diet and exercise for over a year now,(215-170lbs) At 60 yr old I'm dealing with diabetes type 2 and heart issues. Is there something I'm missing?
