STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Time may vary depending on YOUR cake pan and/or oven.)
1 C +3 Tablespoons of AP Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
3/4 C Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 C Roasted Sweet Potatoes (cooled)
1/3 C Pumpkin Spice Creamer (Can use milk)
1/2 Stick melted butter (UNsalted)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
***Topping
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
3/4 C Toasted Chopped Pecans
1 1/2 C Very Hot Water

I don’t like sweet potato pie but I love baked sweet potatoes and sweet potato soufflé and that’s what it looks like. Sweet potato soufflé with roasted nuts on top. It looks delicious and I really wish that I had some.
