INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked at 350 degrees for 45 mins. (Time may vary depending on your oven.)
1 Box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
3/4 Chopped Toasted Pecans
8 Oz. Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C Brown Sugar
3 C Roasted Sweet Potatoes (About 3-4 Med Sweet Potatoes)
3 Large Eggs (Room Temp)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

My mothers made this cheese cake for XMas. She loved Xmas,Thanksgiving, Easter, it was always wonderful, she loved baking period, but holidays and birthdays was her favorite times of the year to bake. God rest her soul, she has past on, I think of her always with good thoughts and wonderful memories. She was my absolute best friend. Donna, she made this cheese cake and everything she made from scratch, always. She was old school that way, my grandmother, her mother baked from scratch as well, talking about the best homemade rolls, my grandmother was an expert she live to be 100 years old. Lol Ik that's what everyone says about their grandmother, but its true. Lol
