I've made the apple pie pound cake w/fritter glaze, strawberry cheesecake poundcake (3 times), and the Reese cake, which ended up looking like a sunken volcano😂😂😂, but it sure did eat good!!! There is an actual Filipino purple cake made from Ube root. Like sweet potato but purple. It's a Filipino staple in desserts. Love it.
