I had my doubts when I saw the canned potatoes and the broken up potatoes swimming in all that juice. Then you poured that mixture in and I said ain’t no way, it’s gonna be to messy. But after I saw the finished product I became a believer.
lol 😂 I understand what you’re saying. It really taste good.
When Tammy Nickles of CVC made hers, she didn’t use all the juice in that can, in her pie, she only used about half.
For sure I will use your recipe. When I got plenty time I will use the long method where I make the crust with three layers and pealed cooked sweet potatoes. Your method is quick but just as good. Thanks!

You could make extra top layer if you like the crust, just by using more flour, sugar & milk.
