In this episode, the NAYVA girls must style a fire fit around Nike’s new shoe, the Nike Air Max Dia.
Featuring rising London rapper and founder of the NINE8 collective Lava La Rue, the girls are set the task to style her entire fit around the Nike Air Max Dia - a versatile, all-day everyday sneaker designed for women, by four women.
Watch the girls go head to head as Esme finds inspiration from vintage clothing store Cream and Faith heads down to Soho to check out tattoo parlour and clothing store One by One. Meanwhile, Jasmine takes inspiration from high-fashion brands at Liberty while Angel gets Lava’s nails done, talks about all things Nike and head West to Circa vintage.

It's cool to come back to these early episodes and see how much each of their styles have evolved. Especially Faith, I feel like she is so much more comfortable with her looks now and really truly expressing herself with all the punk rock influences.
It’s about time Esme won a challenge! I would totally love to go for an all white outfit with these shoes. Maybe some baggy white cargos, white crop top tank and white puffer to finish it off. Match the accessories with the color way of the sneakers. Btw I love you girls so much, your unique style is a huge inspiration to me 💗 keep up the amazing work cuties!

Faith with the spray painting DIY & Esme with the layering of patterns AND adding that corset, the both of them are so good at turning normal pieces into something out of the box and i admire that ability.

I would style the air max Dias with a neon orange turtle neck with some black high waisted cargo pants with a chain and a silver chain necklace and a slick bun and a long black trench coat and some slim sunglasses. The outfit would be very jasmine and matrix inspired x
I would probably style the AirMax Dia with a black patent leather skirt, a white tube top but with a fishnet top piece over the white tube top (probably in a neon colour to compliment the shoes), a windbreaker (with white black and neon-possibly orange and that greenish yellow), a black fanny pack, and to top it off a pair of small neon sunnies to complete to look. I would wear it with two dutch braids, silver hoops, and black winged eyeliner with a few neon orange dots on the outer part of the wing. ALSO i'm SO proud that Esme finally won a challenge! She definitely deserved it and her fit was AMAZING!! Love you Nayva xx

I wasn't expecting Esme outfit at all! But I love it bc all the patterns together make it unique, I really like when they bring new people to their episodes is really good to know more lit artists like Lava La Rue. And about styling the Air Max my outfit would include items that I already have like a short that has african patterns (I would add a side chain) and a cropped hoodie with a transparent rain jacket, cute star earrings and simple makeup like yellow eyeliner, gloss and mascara :)
YESSSS another beautiful episode from the lovely NAYVA ladies I love it and the shoes omg I’m really into blending streetwear with femme fashion so styling this shoe maybe a solid tan long coat or blazer keep it sleek with a simple yet chic belt maybe Gucci or something thrifted with a nice gold accent if we not breaking bank maybe even a longnbwkt that hangs with chains and peep the tatas as the blazer will show the skin in the breast area however I love the whole decked out chain look kinda flash a little and then simple neutral colors for makeup because I love how the shoes have this nice light tan tone with that pop of orange that’s not too bright like not a neon which is crazy kinda stepping away from trend but still fly ash I love the shoes just as much as nayva and the wonderful content y’all putting out😍😍😍💕💕💕🥀

I'ma try and take this challenge & say I would style the air max Dias with a beige long sleeve, short cotton dress, with a XXL plaid [grey, navy blue stripes] blazer over the top, with just the middle button done up (imagine the excess sleeves of the dress peeping out of the blazer sleeves) lol if that makes sense. white socks with a grey tick to go with the air max Dias. New Era Los Angeles Dodgers fitted cap in navy blue. Jewelry I'll definitely incorporate a signet gold pinky ring, and other simple gold rings & gold little studs. Nails would be ombre [beige blending into white] also long. [i like coffin shape] Oh & for make-up I would keep it very neutral/bronzey/hightlighter/skin glassy vibes. would defs add a navy blue wing in there as well! Along with a black bumbag [gotta be nike] It would be more of a Jasmines style with the plaid blazer but mixed with Emily Ratajkowski style.
