About 90% saturated fat, orange coloured processed pre-grated cheese, processed potatoes, and canned soup? Is there some reason you can't make this from scratch using all fresh ingredients and minus the cream and butter?

I made this this morning. It was super good.
I mix the hashbrowns into the mixture, with my hands. Makes it so much easier than using a spoon or spatula. But so yummy!!

I can’t use cream of soups. It’s not gluten free. I’m going to try making a white sauce with gluten free flour. This looks so good.

350 degrees for about 45 min to an hour. It will be brown & bubbly.

I personally wouldn’t bake then freeze. For me may cause to much moisture. Make it extremely mushy.
