Can you use this on the ground? I've built an outdoor golf studio in my garden, but it's under a pergola with a retractable roof, so I can't fix anything to the ceiling...
Hi Josh, great video! I’m in the process of building out my sim. What is your screen size? I have 16x9ft screen and trying to figure if this projector will be bright enough since it will be about 15ft away with some ambient light.
Great video. Do you think the brightness of the projector is sufficient? I plan on having a garage sim set up and I am unsure between the tk700sti and the tk710sti. Thanks
I have the tk710sti. It's slightly brigher and for not much more money you get a laser rather than a bulb, which lasts much longer at peak brightness. It also has a shorter throw ratio of 0.69-0.83 which is probably better for most golf sims rather than the 0.9-1.08 of the 700sti.
The LK936 is THE best golf projector money can buy. But agree with Josh that it's not more than 3x better (based on price). Maybe change the title of this to be "THE BEST 4K Projector for a GOLF SIMULATOR for the money"
🤣 when the dog comes out from under the screen
Hahaha I didn’t even know he was there 😂😂😂
I had to rewind to make sure the dog wasn't there the entire time.. thought I was going crazy for a second.
0:35 for the dog!
hahaha
What distance is the projector from the screen? Thanks

Gaming projectors are the way to go. They typically function great for all other needs.
yes sir!
How would it work if you would like to have 16:10 or 16:11 aspect ratio? (Seem to fit your screen better?)

Hi Josh, love the vids
Did you have a purpose built garden room for your sim?
Yes mate! It’s a great investment for me practice wise and content wise
Beautiful set up! Great review! How do you hook your gaming computer to the projector? Does your gaming computer have an hdmi port? Thank you!
thanks man! yes it does mate!
What distance do you have the projector set at
Are you able to provide a full PC specs list. Curious how demanding GSPro at 4k will be
I’ve got a 4080 graphics card with 32GB of ram also MSi motherboard
@@joshoddy thanks! Do you know what CPU you have?
@@zurqexcpu doesn’t really matter at 4k gaming
Im going with the Optima 4k400stx which has more lumens, and better contrast but slightly more expensive
This one just certainly does everything I need and picture is stunning! Also lucky to have blackout window tint which helps it shine!
what graphics card are you using?
I have a 4080 graphics card
The best is the LK936ST. Not this.
Hmmm for the price point I dunno about that!
