I loved this. I’ve been a hardcore gym girl for all of my teens and 20s. I know what to do at any gym I could ever find myself in, but I legitimately have no idea what to do if I don’t have access to one. This was so useful!!!!

I haven’t worked up the confidence in the gym yet, but I want to grow the glutes as if I were to be in the gym on the equipment. At home trainer for years, over here! I literally predicted when she would say Glute bridges. Lol! The beautiful thing about this video though, is what I learned. The subtle targets of the squat variations is going to be a game changer for me.
If you don't have a DB at home for hip thrusts, you can double over a long resistance band (like the ones people use for assisted pull-ups) and hook it around each foot to add some resistance.
wow I literally do a lot of this workouts at home! trust me they work!! I lost a lot of weight and body fat doing home workouts! you got to trust the Prosses.
Heel wedges are a good piece of home workout equipment to target quads. I'm thinking of adding goblet squats with a kettlebell to my leg day home workout.

Can you do a video of why our quads/legs may not be growing? Like how to fix our form for certain exercises to grow our quads? I did smith machine squats for a month and a half and haven’t seen a change or anything.

i do gym from one year ago and look at my body in profil picture i can lift in bench press 85 kg for 12 reps and u how many reps u can do 45 kg bench press ?
I don’t like going to the gym because I live in a big city and it’s crazy crowded I can’t even get on the machines hardly.. ruins the workout and takes a ton of time/ not to mention I work a lot so I don’t even like all the time it takes to get ready n drive and be around a ton of people it’s like a 3 hour process by the time you get back and showered

I would love something hamstring focused that's not just an RDL. I seem to struggle with that at home.
Step back lunges help me a lot. Make sure youre stepping wide like "train tracks" not like on a tightrope.
