dude I've been trying to remember the name of this game for like the last month and I randomly got recommended this, thank you so much
I reminded myself of this childhood gem not that long ago and this pushed me to make this vid. Glad I helped
Blockheads was fucking awesome for me. I honestly only vaguely remember Blockheads but I have some super fond memories of making amazing friends that I unfortunately no longer have. I would spends dozens of hours just joining random servers and using their chat to talk to random people, building around and making a decent base and then moving on, even catching some people that were doing the same as me or having the same constant few servers that I’d love. It was super easy but I didn’t really play the game for the game, it was just awesome meeting people and just going through the same mindless steps of Blockheads, it takes me like an hour to catch up to endgame or maybe a little longer if I’m making my new “incredible” (terrible) base as I chatted with complete strangers.
Now all multiplayer servers are down.. 😔
4:38, I just want to say, thank you very much for using my image from reddit, I recently was playing expert mode and got my 2nd blockhead at that time named chuck (guess where?) and explaining on the rise & fall of The Blockheads very well.
I've got a full gallery of screenshots from my Blockheads gameplay in 2015, but couldn't find it for the video. Seems like it is lost-media now, which is sad.

Ahh, I think my 1st Multi Player game. I remember those griefers, we were at war once, 1 v 4??. ultimately we won by trapping the spawn. It was like David vs Goliath.

It had real potential to be a huge mobile game just like Pixel Gun (minecraft + shooter game idea). The Blockheads is more of Minecraft and Terraria mix. If the game would receive more care, it would take away a solid part of current mcpe players. Especially younger players who don't have a bank card to buy mcpe, but could download Blockheads

I could care less about this game. It was a ripoff, I could tell from the first time I played it. I'm too SMART to play some dumb games that are ripoffs with ZERO original qualities! And you can say "BuT YOuR HiGhNEsS, ThE BLoCkHeADs iS 2D!!!1!!" And I'll state the obvious which is that it's 2D and BORING. I've played MANY 2D games, like Terraria, Kirby, and much more! NONE of them were as boring as this, not even the original Mario Bros! You can say "You're a narcissistic monster" as much as you want, because I don't care; I don't care if I'm haughty, naughty, or care about this game!
