I mean you can't say Bob's Burger, Simpsons, Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, and more Americans shows have 80% anatomically correct humans. A lot of DC, Marvel, and Powerhouse animated stuff also follow on that philosophy which give this uncanny anime feel to it.

I loved learning about ancient civilizations and stuff, I admit learning about actual politics can be kind of grading though. For example, I barely remember anybody who passed X law, I just remember what X law was about and how it effected things and when it was and if needed, I can Google who made X law. History is at least more useful than any math taught after middle school though.
