Was little but I remember going to watch the Braves play at old Fulton Country Stadium 😬 anyways, once they decided to break the private gate down, all bets are off and it's no longer a protest. Look at some of the closeups of her, that lady was scared as all hell, he’s in socks feet, no time to put shoes on, if he wasn’t scared he was damn close to it. I would not only have done the same thing but have done the same with way few less people coming on our property. Thirty miles from nearest town in some beautiful Idaho mountains. A sheriff’s deputy once told my wife after she reported some illegal hunters( that they did catch), that it is a 40min respond time to reach us with them running code ( lights&sirens). We are at the end of a1.5mi long drive way that is repeatedly posted private drive and no trespassing signs. Hell ya you are met/greeted by a armed home/property owner if we have no idea who you are or why your coming down our drive. Yes we know how to use firearms very well. I grew up with them using them, I am also retired military (Army Infantry) and have taught my family what I know. My wife has taken several classes (with my urging and blessings) and has passed new stuff on to our adult son and myself (I sure as hell don’t know everything) and we train at home and in home,
    We have enough property and a mountain backstop that allows us to do all the shooting we want. HAVE A GREAT INDEPENDENCE DAY

      Very good, i never heard it put that way but i like the analogy a lot!!👍 I absolutely believe they had the right to be out there protecting there property with guns in hand, otherwise you know they would have (at least) busted windows and who knows maybe killed them if things escalated. I think it is totally ignorant to address the fact the woman maybe the man to was pointing there guns all over the place and at times at the crowd, at this point the rioters were already breaking the law and trespassing so who gives a shit. Think of it this way, the home owners had guns ""because of the rioters breaking onto private property"" they went out side ""because of the rioters breaking onto private property"" the home owners were absolutely scared and in fear of there lives ""because the rioters breaking onto private property"".....bottom line here if they did shoot and killed (if the rioter rushed them) it would have (should have been justified) the mayor, governor and the dumb cunt lawyer that wants to prosecute the home owners for doing nothing more than standing there ground should all be fired and kicked out of the state or better yet the country.

    • @Point_Particle
      @Point_Particle 4 года назад

      @@seanhazelwood3311 Still not a reason to stand on your lawn waving loaded firearms at the trespassers. Keep your firearms with you, and hot, but you don't point a gun at anything unless you plan to pull the trigger. I'm pretty sure a jury wouldn't side with you for shooting into a crowd of people who broke a gate to walk down your street and yell mean things at you in the middle of the afternoon. It seems to me that too many people are too quick to grab a gun and point it at someone for the any reason. Keep in mind, that these two wanna-be commandos took it upon themselves to escalate the situation, drawing all of the worst kind of attention to themselves, the second they decided to waltz out waving their guns at this crowd of trespassers. I don't know how they thought that was going to turn out, but it was THEM (the homeowners) who escalated the situation to lethal. Do you reach for your gun every time you see teens skateboarding someplace where there are signs up prohibiting skateboarding? Do you reach for a gun every time you see a smoker throw a burning cigarette butt out their car window? Do you reach for a gun every time a driver makes an illegal lane change, cutting you off, and then flips you the bird when you honk at them? There are times when deadly force is necessary, and then there are times when it isn't. There are grey areas where you might need to be prepared for it, just in case, but if you escalate the situation to deadly, regardless of the circumstances, then you're a dangerous idiot.

    As a person who grew up in St Louis and know that area very well. #1 That's not a gated community, more like limited access the other end of the street has a gate that's always open. I use to use that street to go to Forest Park to ride my bike. I live in Tampa in a true gated community with a guarded gate and security patrols. #2 You don't point a loaded or upload weapon at anyone unless you're prepared to take a life. As a former Marine that's the first thing you're tought. #3 In St Louis your property line stops at the sidewalk, it doesn't go out to the middle of the street even in a limited access community. The public streets aren't private property, not even in a gated community. #4 The wall and gates are owned by the city, not by private owners. The city repairs and maintain the gates. #5 You definitely have the right to protect yourself in your property, but doesn't exclude you brandishing a weapon and pointing it at someone. #6 and final. As a firearms owner and collector, I saw two amateur weapon owners who are fortunate that neither of their weapons accidentally fired. Far be it If they would've hurt or killed someone due to their lack of training or antiquated training they'd be facing a whole different set of charges. If you own or collect firearms it your duty to familiar and proficient with your weapon. If I went off half-cocked brandishing a weapon to everyone who have said something to me or called me the n-word in my lifetime. Whoa boy my face would've plastered all over the TV since I was six years old. That's no excuse to be stupid.

    Their statement was they were out back eating when the crowd burst through the gate . And was threatening to kill them burn their house down and kill their Dog . This was their first interview. So they stood and protected themselves and there property and their Dog the best they knew how to . And guess what . They Didn't get killed their house didn't get burned to the ground and their Dog still is alive. Imagine This is your Grandfather and your Grandmother . I am proud of them they did something that all these Democrat ran Cities couldn't they stood and protected Themselves . But the Democrat ran cities their Leader let them burn them down.

      Every place you wrote "there", your context indicates that the correct spelling is "their". Toward the end, you wrote "the" where context indicates the correct word is "they". You took the time to write your viewpoint, and I took the time to read it. Unfortunately, the words used have diminished the point. Homophones matter.
