This is greatest Ronnie I am so proud of you. The 28th of Feb is your 1 year sobriety and that is my dad's birthday...take care brother and stay strong. Reach out if you're in trouble and we will help if we can. Love you brother....
Ronnie, Saw you at Moondance Jam in Walker, Minnesota and had a great time watching you and the boys play. Great times and great memories. I wish you nothing but the best.
Thank God Ronnie has a lovely family. Yay!!!!!! It’s a miracle and lovely to see rockers married and happy.
love ya Ronnie. you and brian are the reason i picked up a guitar 40 years ago and pretty much learned the whole kix catalog. now that the band is moving into retirement i may have to start a kix cover/ tribute band.
So worth it to be old now to have been young then. I weep when I think of th 80's.
Hey Ronnie! You're a brave warrior and an admirable survivor! You're an inspiration dude and you're blessed with a great family dude! Keep it up man! One day at a time! Rock and roll is serious business but there is nothing more important than being there for your kids. That is the ONLY noble and important purpose of life, being there for your kids... PLEASE make sure you're always here for them. Thanks Ronnie for the music and inspiration.
Ronnie! Tim Garrity here! You look amazing and sound great. I still remember the good ol days brother 🤣
Growing up in Hagerstown , Md in the Late 70's/early 80.s was a very memorable moment for a lot of people my age. A Cinder block bar at the foot of the Catoctin Mountains in Smithsburg, Md called the Mt. View Inn was the place to be for the metal scene in the Mid Atlantic back then. You never knew who would turn up in there on the weekends . Watching the Kix make it big was awesome. The live shows witnessed there were insane, especailly on a Monday night beer blast , $3 cover , The Kix and all the draft beer you could drink till midnight . It was NUTZ!! But, we also had musicians such as Rhett Forrester who went on to be the front man for Riot [R.I.P] and a 16 year old drummer from Martinsburg, WV by the name of Shannon Larkin who hit the big time with Godsmack. playeing there at the same time. R.I P. Mt. View
Thanks so much for this interview with Ronnie! God bless him! Always been one of my favorite guitarists. I played guitar for Brian Howe from Bad Company and we played the 2019 Monsters Of Rock Cruise. KIX played on the cruise as well. One of my favorite moments from that cruise was getting to meet/ talk to Ronnie and Brian briefly. Both were so humble and down to earth. I told Ronnie that he and Brian were the Keith Richards and Mick Taylor for me and my generation. All the best to Ronnie! I hope to see him out kickin ass again! Love and peace Ronnie!

I got my first guitar from my uncle[1976] on my 6_th b-day; he taught chords at 12; I've been playing since and never made a dollar/music; laughter is the key.
Good luck Ronnie
